一种写真机用吸风打印平台,包括面板、底座板、风扇,底座板上沿长度方向至少设有两个向上的平行的立板,在两个立板之间设有若干个隔离支撑体,隔离支撑体的高度与立板的高度匹配,面板安装在两个立板和隔离支撑体的上表面,在相邻的隔离支撑体之间的空腔为吸风室,每个吸风室下部的底座板上设有排风孔并安装有风扇;面板上均匀分布有微风孔,每个风室内设有横截面为梯形的折板,该折板底部与底座板贴合并设有与底座板匹配的排风孔,该折板的两侧翼板的上边沿延伸至面板的下表面。该写真机用吸风打印平台,通过在吸风室内部增加一个起导流作用折边,能够将吸风室内部的形状规则化,使内部空气流动更顺畅,从而提升空气流动速度,提升面板上部的吸力。

背景技术
写真机在打印过程中为了保证打印介质(如纸、纺织物、热转印纸等)在行走时不产生褶皱,一般的打印平台都具有向下吸风的作用,从而使打印介质能够紧贴平台的上表面,这样就不容易产生褶皱了,但是现有技术中在平台下面的吸风设施设计不够完善,一般都是一个方形的吸风室,在吸风室下部正中设置一个风扇,吸风室形状不规则,被吸入的空气在吸风室内部容易产生涡流或者扰流,从而延缓了排风的速度,同时也就会影响吸风的速度,表现在面板上就是吸力不够强,不能吸住一些特殊的打印介质。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种写真机用吸风打印平台。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种写真机用吸风打印平台,包括面板、底座板、风扇,所述的底座板上沿长度方向至少设有两个向上的平行的立板,在两个立板之间设有若干个隔离支撑体,隔离支撑体的高度与立板的高度匹配,面板安装在两个立板和隔离支撑体的上表面,在相邻的隔离支撑体之间的空腔为吸风室,每个吸风室下部的底座板上设有排风孔并安装有风扇;面板上均匀分布有微风孔,每个风室内设有横截面为梯形的折板,该折板底部与底座板贴合并设有与底座板匹配的排风孔,该折板的两侧翼板的上边沿延伸至面板的下表面。 
所述的隔离支撑体为金属材质,其上表面和下表面为精加工面。

该写真机用吸风打印平台,通过在吸风室内部增加一个起导流作用折边,能够将吸风室内部的形状规则化,使内部空气流动更顺畅,从而提升空气流动速度,提升面板上部的吸力。
