本实用新型涉及煤化工领域用的排灰装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置。 
背景技术
现有的灰锁阀头的密封接触面,一般采用法兰盘固定硬质合金环的结构方式,法兰盘和合金环连接处易产生缝隙,而且灰锁阀排灰时压力很大,所以合金环或法兰盖有时会被吹出线状缺口,从而影响灰锁阀正常排灰。同时由于灰锁阀阀头的合金环和阀座均为硬质合金材质,灰锁阀长时间工作,阀头的合金环和阀座反复碰撞容易受损,而且高强度的碰撞还会导致法兰固定装置松动,从而造成密封效果受损,影响灰锁阀的正常工作。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足而提供一种碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,从而有效解决现有技术中存在的问题。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:所述的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,其特点是包括阀头,阀头密封边沿处设置有环形凹口,环形凹口中设置有堆焊合金环,堆焊合金环与环形凹口通过堆焊工艺形成一体式结构。 
所述的堆焊合金环与阀座想接触实现密封,堆焊合金环的硬度为HRC=40-55。 
所述的阀头为上阀头或下阀头。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:所述的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,其采用堆焊合金环,堆焊合金环和阀头密封边沿的环形凹口实现牢固紧密接触,不存在缝隙,密封效果好,坚固耐用。

具体实施例1,如图1所示,所述的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,其特点是包括阀头1,阀头1密封边沿处设置有环形凹口2,环形凹口2中设置有堆焊合金环,堆焊合金环与环形凹口通过堆焊工艺形成一体式结构。所述的阀头为上阀头, 
所述的堆焊合金环与阀座相接触实现密封,堆焊合金环的硬度为HRC=40-55。一般阀座的硬度HRC=86,现“软碰硬”的密封结构,避免了原有技术“硬碰硬”对合金环造成的损坏。 
具体实施例2,如图2所示,与实施例1不同的是所述的阀头做为下阀头使用。

2.如权利要求1所述的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,其特征在于:所述的堆焊合金环与阀座想接触实现密封,堆焊合金环的硬度为HRC=40-55。
3.如权利要求1所述的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁阀头密封装置,其特征在于:所述的阀头为上阀头或下阀头。
