本实用新型涉及一种球阀，具体的涉及到一种自洁式煤层气专用球阀。
背景技术
 球阀指的是用带圆形通孔的球体作启闭件，球体随阀杆转动，以实现启闭动作的阀门。常用于气体，液体的输送管道中。但是目前国内还没有专门针对煤层气输送的球阀。由于煤层气中常含有煤灰等颗粒结晶，这些颗粒附着于球体表面，会划伤阀座密封面，影响球阀密封性，减少球阀使用寿命。
实用新型内容
 本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种自洁式煤层气专用球阀。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
包括球体和金属阀座，球体和金属阀座紧密接触，金属阀座两侧设有带尖口的凹槽。
上述的带有尖口的凹槽形成刮刀结构。
上述的球体和金属阀座的表面堆焊有耐磨的硬质合金层。
上述球体和金属阀座的硬度差在HRc5以内。
在球阀启闭时，金属阀座的刮刀结构会把附着于球体表面的颗粒杂质清除，避免密封面受损；即使密封面受损，由于球体硬度较大，损伤产生在球座上，减少了球体受损的可能性，降低了维修阀门的成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本自洁式煤层气专用球阀包括刮刀结构的金属阀座1和球体2，金属阀座1与球体2紧密接触，刮刀结构位于金属阀座1两侧，刮刀结构的尖口在金属阀座1和球体2接触面的边缘，刮刀结构的凹槽紧挨着尖口，在球体2和金属阀座1的表面堆焊有耐磨的硬质合金，球体2的硬度大于金属阀座1的硬度，且二者之差在HRc5以内。
金属球座的刮刀型的结构，在启闭球阀时会自动将附着在球体表面的晶体颗粒拦截，堆积在球座两侧，便于维修时取出。球体硬度比金属阀座硬度高，且在二者表面堆焊有硬质金属，有效保护球体，节约了维修成本。

1.一种自洁式煤层气专用球阀，包括球体和金属阀座，其特征在于：金属阀座与球体配合的密封面侧边设置有刮刀结构；所述刮刀结构为尖刃，且尖刃部为弧面，在金属阀座上形成环状弧形凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的自洁式煤层气专用球阀，其特征在于：所述刮刀结构设置在金属阀座密封面的两侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的自洁式煤层气专用球阀，其特征在于：在球体和金属阀座的表面堆焊有硬质合金层。
4.如权利要求1所述的自洁式煤层气专用球阀，其特征在于：球体的硬度大于金属阀座，且二者之差在HRC5以内。
