背景技术
闸阀是指关闭件(闸板)沿通路中心线的垂直方向移动的阀门。闸阀在管路中只能作全开和全关切断用,不能作调节和节流。闸阀是使用范围很广的一种阀门,一般口径DN≥50mm的切断装置都选用它。但现有的闸阀启闭时,闸板与闸座相接触的两密封面之间有相对摩擦,易损伤,影响密封件的使用寿命,维修比较困难。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种石化闸阀,可增强密封效果,减少闸板与闸座相接触的两密封面之间的相对磨擦,延长密封件的使用寿命。

石化闸阀,包括有阀体,所述的阀体内有闸座,闸座内安装有楔形闸板,所述的闸板与闸座的接触面为弹性密封面,所述的阀体上方安装有阀盖,所述的阀盖上安装有阀杆座,阀杆座上螺合有阀杆,阀杆上端安装有手轮,所述的阀杆下端与阀盖之间采用填料密封,阀杆下端与闸板之间转动连接。
