技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喷气织机上的附属部件,具体地说是双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,属于纺织机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前的喷气织机的引纬动作都是由气流把纬纱从织机一侧带到另一侧,即纬纱是单向运动。由于喷气织机引纬属于自由端引纬,纬纱在飞行的过程中,张力、捻度会逐渐减弱,造成织物在幅宽方向张力不匀,染色后左右两边出现色差。这是制约喷气织机发展的世界性难题,解决此难题的可用技术手段之一是采用双向引纬。但是目前制约喷气织机双向引纬的关键部件之一就是副喷嘴。由于现有副喷嘴只能单向喷射气流,即副喷嘴喷射的气流只能牵引纬纱单向飞行,如果纬纱需要反向飞行时,现有副喷嘴的结构无能为力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,其结构简单,设计合理,能够实现喷气织机的双向引纬,提高织物质量。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案:双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,包括副喷管座,其特征在于:所述副喷管座设有两个平行并排的喷管安装孔,左副喷管和右副喷管分别安装在喷管安装孔内,左副喷管上设有至少一个左向出气孔,右副喷管上设有至少一个右向出气孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述左副喷管与右副喷管之间的间距为5mm~30mm。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述左向出气孔的个数和右向出气孔的个数均为1~21个。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,优点在于:本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,能够实现喷气织机的双向引纬,提高织物质量。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示:实施例中的双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴主要由副喷管座1、左副喷管2和右副喷管3组成,所述副喷管座1设有两个平行并排的喷管安装孔,左副喷管2和右副喷管3分别安装在喷管安装孔内,左副喷管2上设有一个左向出气孔4,右副喷管3上设有一个右向出气孔5。
如图1所示,本实用新型中,所述左副喷管2与右副喷管3之间应留有一定间距,优选的间距范围为5mm~30mm。图示实施例中,所述左副喷管2上的左向出气孔4、右副喷管3上的右向出气孔5均是只有一个,但在实际应用中,所述左向出气孔4的个数和右向出气孔5的个数可以根据生产需求设置为多个,一般来说为1~21个,但不管副喷管上的出气孔个数为多少,都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。
具体应用时,当纬纱从左向右飞行时,左副喷管2上的左向出气孔4关闭,右副喷管3的右向出气孔5向右喷射气流,牵引纬纱从左向右飞行。当纬纱从右向左飞行时,右副喷管3的右向出气孔5关闭,左副喷管2的左向出气孔4向左喷射气流,牵引纬纱从右向左飞行。这样就满足了喷气织机双向引纬的要求。

1.双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,包括副喷管座(1),其特征在于:所述副喷管座(1)设有两个平行并排的喷管安装孔,左副喷管(2)和右副喷管(3)分别安装在喷管安装孔内,左副喷管(2)上设有至少一个左向出气孔(4),右副喷管(3)上设有至少一个右向出气孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,其特征在于:所述左副喷管(2)与右副喷管(3)之间的间距为5mm~30mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的双向引纬喷气织机用副喷嘴,其特征在于:所述左向出气孔(4)的个数和右向出气孔(5)的个数均为1~21个。
