Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种自动过滤分离储脂罐。它解决了以往储脂罐只能储存不能过滤和分离等问题。它主要由储脂罐、过滤筒、过滤网、活动支架、盖子和底座等部件构成。过滤筒安装于盖子下方，脂肪细胞、水等混合液经盖子上的进液咀进入，通过过滤筒初步分离小分子液体从过滤筒的长槽流入储脂罐，过大的脂肪细胞滞留在过滤筒中，通过后进入液体的冲击力对其进行二次分离，储脂罐内底部放置有活动支架，支架上套装有过滤网，流入储脂罐的液体经过过滤网进行再次过滤分离，水流入储脂罐底部，从出液咀抽离，得到较纯的脂肪细胞于储脂罐中，待于利用，本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，适用于吸脂塑身、脂肪移植、细胞提取等手术。

本实用新型涉及一种储脂罐，特别是一种自动过滤分离储脂罐。
背景技术
目前，国内使用的储脂罐为主要简单的存储罐，只有存储的功能，不具备自动过滤和分离的作用，需将混合液通过离心机等分离液体设备进行混合液分离，这样的分离过程造成程序多，工作量加大等问题，同时过多的程序容易造成细胞的破坏和受到细菌的侵害和污染，大大降低了细胞成活率和细胞分离效果，也有单独放置过滤网过滤的装置，但因其未经分离直接过滤导致过滤效果差，且对过滤网的过滤孔控制要求比较大，如果过滤孔过大，则细胞与水难分离，细胞直接通过过滤网与水一同被抽出，如果过滤孔过小，则容易造成堵塞，分离困难，本实用新型通过双重过滤系统，分层次的分离细胞，合理的解决了以往设备存在的问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动过滤分离储脂罐。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下途径来实现的：储脂罐（1）上盖有盖子（2），盖子（2）有进液咀（3）和出液咀（4），盖子（2）下装有过滤筒（5），过滤筒（5）侧壁上开有许多大小相同的长槽（6），储脂罐（1）内底部放置有活动支架（7），活动支架（7）两端分别插有短管（8）和长管（9），活动支架（7）下端开有许多半圆弧孔（10），活动支架（7）中间套装有过滤网（11），过滤网（11）上用圆环（12）压紧，过滤网（11）上开有许多微小过滤孔（13），出液咀（4）与短管（8）通过软导管（14）连接，储脂罐（1）侧有挂耳（15），通过挂耳（15）可将储脂罐（1）悬挂于其他物件，储脂罐（1）也可放置于底座（16）上。过滤筒（5）和活动支架（7）不是固紧的，在液体的冲击力下可以进行自动旋转。
本实用新型的优点是：1、结构简单，设计合理，本实用新型具有双重分离过滤程序功能，同时过滤筒和活动支架的自动旋转设计，使得液体分离更畅通，实现其自动性。2、功能强，效果好，通过双重分离程序的设计，是混合液自动分离得到较纯的微小脂肪组织细胞。3、使用方便，储脂罐不仅可以置于底座上，摆放于操作平台，也可以通过挂耳悬挂于其他物件。4、耗材少，造价较低。

由图1中可知，本实用新型储脂罐（1）上盖有盖子（2），盖子（2）有进液咀（3）和出液咀（4），盖子（2）下装有过滤筒（5），过滤筒（5）侧壁上开有许多大小相同的长槽（6），储脂罐（1）内底部放置有活动支架（7），活动支架（7）两端分别插有短管（8）和长管（9），活动支架（7）下端开有许多半圆弧孔（10），活动支架（7）中间套装有过滤网（11），过滤网（11）上用圆环（12）压紧，过滤网（11）上开有许多微小过滤孔（13），出液咀（4）与短管（8）通过软导管（14）连接，储脂罐（1）侧有挂耳（15），通过挂耳（15）可将储脂罐（1）悬挂于其他物件，储脂罐（1）也可放置于底座（16）上。过滤筒（5）和活动支架（7）不是固紧的，在液体的冲击力下转动连接，可以进行自动旋转。脂肪细胞、水等混合液从进液咀（3）进入经过过滤筒（5）的初步分离将微小细胞组织和水等混合液通过长槽（6）过滤到储脂罐内（1），大体积的脂肪细胞组织滞留在过滤筒（5）底部，经后续进入的混合液的冲击力将滞留的大体积脂肪细胞组织进行再次冲散分离，分离成微小细胞组织再次过滤到储脂罐（1），以此循环。初步过滤到储脂罐（1）中的微小脂肪细胞组织混合液经过过滤网（11）进行二次分离，水流入过滤网（11）到达储脂罐（1）底部通过短管（8）、软导管（14）和出液咀（4）抽出储脂罐，留下较纯的微小脂肪细胞组织于储脂罐（1）中，待用。长管（9）中导入空气，气压的产生，便于水的抽离，活动支架（7）下方开有的半圆弧孔（10）便于水的流出，同时活动支架（7）的旋转可以避免过滤网（11）的堵塞，使水流动顺畅。

1.一种自动过滤分离储脂罐，其特征是：储脂罐（1）上盖有盖子（2），盖子（2）有进液咀（3）和出液咀（4），盖子（2）下装有过滤筒（5），过滤筒（5）侧壁上开有许多大小相同的长槽（6），储脂罐（1）内底部放置有活动支架（7），活动支架（7）两端分别插有短管（8）和长管（9），活动支架（7）下端开有至少一个半圆弧孔（10），活动支架（7）中间套装有过滤网（11），过滤网（11）上用圆环（12）压紧，过滤网（11）上开有许多微小过滤孔（13），出液咀（4）与短管（8）通过软导管（14）连接，储脂罐（1）侧有挂耳（15）。 
2.根据权利要求1所描述的自动过滤分离储脂罐，其特征是：过滤筒（5）和活动支架（7）不是固紧的，在液体的冲击力下进行自动旋转。
