Abstract
本实用新型涉及移液管生产领域,尤其是公开了一种可实现对管体内径进行检测的移液管管体挤出成型装置,它包括料斗、加热器、挤出装置、冷却装置、牵引装置和切割装置,料斗连接在加热器上,加热器与挤出装置连接,挤出装置后设置冷却装置,冷却装置后依次设有牵引装置和切割装置,在冷却装置内且靠近挤出装置这端设有真空装置,在冷却装置与牵引装置之间设有管径检测装置,该移液管管体挤出成型装置,通过真空装置的设置,可有效的保证管体的圆度,从而提高移液管的质量,另外通过设置的管径检测装置,可实现对管体的内径实时监测,避免管径大小不一,影响其品质。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及移液管生产领域,尤其是一种移液管管体挤出成型装置。
背景技术
现有的移液管管体在挤出成型后至完全冷却成型之间,由于重力的影响,容易造成管体圆度较差,从而影响管体质量,同时生产冷却过程中,无法检测管体的内径的大小是否达到标准,从而无法对管体内径的控制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种可实现对管体内径进行检测的移液管管体挤出成型装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的移液管管体挤出成型装置,它包括料斗、加热器、挤出装置、冷却装置、牵引装置和切割装置,料斗连接在加热器上,加热器与挤出装置连接,挤出装置后设置冷却装置,冷却装置后依次设有牵引装置和切割装置,在冷却装置内且靠近挤出装置这端设有真空装置,在冷却装置与牵引装置之间设有管径检测装置。
所述的真空装置上间隔均匀的设有四个抽真空管道,使管体外表面的各个方向的所受的力相同,从而有效的保证管体的圆度。
作为优化,所述的管径检测装置为长度监测装置,同时牵引装置的位置高于冷却装置的位置,在使用过程中,在管体内部注入一定长度的液体,且通过管体前后位置的高度差的控制,实现管体在移动过程中,液体始终处于该位置,同时通过长度监测装置测量液体的长度,若长度保持不变,则管径保持一致,即为标准,若长度变长或变短,则管径相应的变小或变大,则为次品。
本实用新型所得到的移液管管体挤出成型装置,通过真空装置的设置,可有效的保证管体的圆度,从而提高移液管的质量,另外通过设置的管径检测装置,可实现对管体的内径实时监测,避免管径大小不一,影响其品质。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例描述的移液管管体挤出成型装置,它包括料斗1、加热器2、挤出装置3、冷却装置4、牵引装置5和切割装置6,料斗1连接在加热器2上,加热器2与挤出装置3连接,挤出装置3后设置冷却装置4,冷却装置4后依次设有牵引装置5和切割装置6,在冷却装置4内且靠近挤出装置3这端设有真空装置8,在冷却装置4与牵引装置5之间设有管径检测装置7,所述的真空装置8上间隔均匀的设有四个抽真空管道9,所述的管径检测装置7为长度监测装置,同时牵引装置5的位置高于冷却装置4的位置。

1.一种移液管管体挤出成型装置,它包括料斗、加热器、挤出装置、冷却装置、牵引装置和切割装置,料斗连接在加热器上,加热器与挤出装置连接,挤出装置后设置冷却装置,冷却装置后依次设有牵引装置和切割装置,其特征是:在冷却装置内且靠近挤出装置这端设有真空装置,在冷却装置与牵引装置之间设有管径检测装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移液管管体挤出成型装置,其特征是:所述的真空装置上间隔均匀的设有四个抽真空管道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移液管管体挤出成型装置,其特征是:所述的管径检测装置为长度监测装置,同时牵引装置的位置高于冷却装置的位置。
