Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种侧入光式背光源用的导光板,具体为一种多透镜入光面导光板。
背景技术
传统的侧入光式背光源用的导光板,其入光面为镜面抛光加工,LED发光处亮度较两颗LED之间处高,造成背光源入光部有亮暗不均的现象,俗称“萤火虫”现象。如图1所示,LED光源2射出的光线3射到入光面为镜面抛光加工的导光板1上,出射角较小,射出的光线只在LED光源2正上方的导光板1射出,导致背光源入光部有亮暗不均的现象。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种多透镜入光面导光板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种多透镜入光面导光板,包括导光板和滚筒,所述滚筒表面设有多个凸起球面,通过加热滚筒将其表面的凸起球面转印到导光板入光面,从而在导光板入光面形成多个凹透镜,导光板上的凹透镜将LED光源射出的光线扩散开,增大出射角度,达到均匀出光,从而使背光源入光部画面柔和。
进一步的,所述凹透镜之间的间距为0.1um~3.0cm,凹透镜的深度为0.05um~1.0cm。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型结构简单,LED光源射出的光线通过凹透镜扩散开,增大出射角度,达到均匀出光,从而使背光源入光部画面柔和。

如图2、图3所示,一种多透镜入光面导光板,包括导光板1和滚筒4,所述滚筒4表面设有多个凸起球面5,通过加热滚筒4将其表面的凸起球面5转印到导光板1入光面,从而在导光板1入光面形成多个凹透镜6,导光板1上的凹透镜5将LED光源2射出的光线3扩散开,增大出射角度,达到均匀出光,从而使背光源入光部画面柔和。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多透镜入光面导光板,其特征在于:所述凹透镜之间的间距为0.1um~3.0cm,凹透镜的深度为0.05um~1.0cm。
