本实用新型属于光学配光领域,尤其涉及一种LED背光板透镜。
背景技术
现有的户外LED广告牌直接把LED光源安装在背光板的底部,通过背光板的散射材料散射光线来实现广告牌前表面的均匀照度,但是由于LED光源的出光角度只有120度,并且照度不均匀,导致广告牌前表面照度均匀度不好,而且使用的LED光源数量多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大照明角度的LED背光板透镜,用以改善LED广告牌前表面的照度均匀性和减少在同等面积下LED光源的使用数量。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型提供的LED背光板透镜,包括LED光源、广角扩散透镜;所述广角扩散透镜位于LED光源的正上方,使得LED光源发出的光线通过广角扩散透镜配光、整形后射出,增大出光角度和照明均匀度。
本实用新型的优点在于:
按照广告牌的规格和使用要要求,合理设计光学配光透镜,使得光线照射到广告牌的表面时达到理想的照度均匀性;由于使用广角扩散透镜配光增大了LED光源的出光角度,在同样的照射面积下可以减少LED光源的使用数量。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
如图1,本实用新型提供的LED背光板透镜,包括LED光源1、广角扩散透镜2;所述广角扩散透镜2位于LED光源1的正上方,使得LED光源发出的光线全部通过广角扩散透镜2射出。
通过特定设计的广角扩散透镜2的面型,使得LED光源的出光通过所述广角扩散透镜配光后出光角度达到170度,并且照度均匀,对比现有的LED背光板减少了LED光源1的使用数量,而且达到同样的照明强度;达到了降低成本、节约能源的效果。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不脱离本实用新型的精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种LED背光板透镜,其特征在于:包括LED光源(1)、广角扩散透镜(2);所述广角扩散透镜(2)位于LED光源(1)的正上方,使得LED光源(1)发出的光线通过广角扩散透镜(2)射出。
