本实用新型公开了一种塑料薄膜用清洗装置,包括有支架,支架上安装有清洗筒,清洗筒上端配合有端盖,端盖上设有进水口,清洗筒底部设有出水口,清洗筒侧壁设有出料管道,出料管道内设有出料绞龙,端盖上安装有电机,电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴,搅拌轴伸入清洗筒内,并安装有搅拌叶轮,端盖内侧边缘设有贴靠在清洗筒内壁的调节支臂,调节支臂上可上下滑动的配合有压料板,压料板上分布有若干透水孔。本实用新型采用在清洗筒内设置可上下调节的压料板的设计,在清洗过程中能够将比重较轻的废塑料薄膜等压下,有效地保证了搅拌机构对物料进行高效充分的清洗处理,保证了后续加工工序的正常进行,提高了生产加工效率。

背景技术
薄膜在包装及覆膜层领域应用广泛,给生产、生活带来诸多便利。废塑料产品回收造粒可用于生产薄膜产品,这些废塑料产品在加工过程中需要使用清洗机进行清洗处理。而现有的清洗装置结构不够合理,不能较好的适用于废塑料产品,废塑料薄膜等产品由于比重较轻而容易向上漂浮,清洗装置的搅拌机构不易对上层漂浮的物料进行充分搅拌清洗,导致物料清洗不净,影响后续的生产加工操作和产品质量,生产效率较低。

本实用新型的目的提供一种塑料薄膜用清洗装置,以解决现有技术中传统的清洗装置结构不够合理,不能较好的适用于废塑料产品,废塑料薄膜等产品由于比重较轻而容易向上漂浮,清洗装置的搅拌机构不易对上层漂浮的物料进行充分搅拌清洗,导致物料清洗不净,影响后续的生产加工操作和产品质量,生产效率较低的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:

如图1所示,一种塑料薄膜用清洗装置,包括有支架1,支架1上安装有清洗筒2,清洗筒2上端配合有端盖3,端盖3上设有进水口4,清洗筒2底部设有出水口5,清洗筒2侧壁设有出料管道6,出料管道6内设有出料绞龙7,端盖3上安装有电机8,电机8的输出轴通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴9,搅拌轴9伸入清洗筒2内,并安装有搅拌叶轮10,端盖3内侧边缘设有贴靠在清洗筒2内壁的调节支臂11,调节支臂11上可上下滑动的配合有压料板12,压料板12上分布有若干透水孔13。
压料板12中部设有供搅拌轴9穿过的轴孔。
