薄膜在包装及覆膜层领域应用广泛,给生产、生活带来诸多便利。废塑料产品回收造粒可用于生产薄膜产品,这些废塑料产品在加工过程中需要使用清洗机进行清洗处理。而现有的清洗装置结构不够合理,不能较好的适用于废塑料产品,废塑料薄膜等产品由于比重较轻而容易向上漂浮,清洗装置的搅拌机构不易对上层漂浮的物料进行充分搅拌清洗,导致物料清洗不净,影响后续的生产加工操作和产品质量,生产效率较低。

本实用新型的目的提供一种塑料薄膜再生高效清洗机,以解决现有技术中传统的清洗装置结构不够合理,不能较好的适用于废塑料产品,废塑料薄膜等产品由于比重较轻而容易向上漂浮,清洗装置的搅拌机构不易对上层漂浮的物料进行充分搅拌清洗,导致物料清洗不净,影响后续的生产加工操作和产品质量,生产效率较低的问题。

压料板7上端连接有调节支臂11,调节支臂11上设有与箱体1内壁上锁紧销12相配合的调节条孔13。
