技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种检测装置，尤其是一种囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置,属于水隔膜泵的技术领域。 
背景技术:对水隔膜泵来说，隔膜运动变形的检测，是其核心技术之一，到现在为止还没有能检测隔膜变形状态的检测装置。 
发明内容：针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置,包括接近开关、非金属端盖、支撑套、检测套、弹簧、推杆、开关座、压盖和开口销。推杆上套入弹簧，放入支撑套的小孔中，并用开口销锁住，支撑套处于开关座中，非金属端盖处于支撑套大孔中，压盖压住非金属端盖，并与开关座连接，接近开关处于压盖的孔中与非金属端盖连接。检测套固定在推杆上。 
优选的，所述的压盖通过螺栓与开关座连接。 
本实用新型提供一种全新的橡胶隔膜外检测装置。当隔膜运动接近隔膜外检测装置一定距离时，隔膜外检测装置发出信号，相当于橡胶隔膜位置传感器。

具体实施方式：
如图1和图2所示：囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置,包括接近开关1、非金属端盖2、支撑套3、检测套4、弹簧5、推杆6、开关座7、压盖8和开口销10。推杆6上套入弹簧5，放入支撑套3的小孔中，并用开口销10锁住，支撑套3处于开关座7中，非金属端盖2处于支撑套3大孔中，压盖8压住非金属端盖2，并通过螺栓9与开关座7连接，接近开关1处于压盖8的孔中与非金属端盖2连接。检测套4固定在推杆6上。本装置11固定在水隔膜泵隔离罐12壁上。 
工作原理：工作时，当橡胶隔膜在隔膜里面液体压力作用下向罐壁方向做伸张运动变形时，隔膜首先撞到推杆，推杆连着金属检测套向非金属端盖方向运动，运动到一不定期距离时，非金属端盖另一面的接近开关便发出检测信号，便知道隔膜在伸张变形运动中，到达了什么位置，微机可控制与调整。

1.囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置,其特征在于：包括接近开关、非金属端盖、支撑套、检测套、弹簧、推杆、开关座、压盖和开口销；推杆上套入弹簧，放入支撑套的小孔中，并用开口销锁住；支撑套处于开关座中，非金属端盖处于支撑套大孔中，压盖压住非金属端盖，并与开关座连接；接近开关处于压盖的孔中与非金属端盖连接；检测套固定在推杆上。
2.如权利要求1所述的囊式水隔膜泵与袋式水隔膜泵隔膜外置检测装置,其特征在于：所述的压盖通过螺栓与开关座连接。
