背景技术
目前传统的有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工序是：将阀体置于工作台上，将阀板内装入下阀杆后，目测使之与阀体轴孔位置对正后，用力压入并用定位棒使阀体轴孔与阀板轴孔对正，由于采用目测对正，对工人技术水平要求较高，且不容易找正，手工操作，效率低下，一旦轴孔位置不正确，需用塑胶棒大力敲击，使其对正，敲击产生冲击力，对橡胶阀座产生影响，严重时可能报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工装。
本实用新型有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工装，通过下述技术方案予以实现，包括基座、定位棒、上托板和下板托，上托板和下板托的内腔与阀板形状相适应，基座一端固定定位板，定位棒穿过定位板；基座上设置凹形槽底座，所述凹形槽内设置下板托，下板托与底座间设置弹簧，下板托通过定位块与底座固定，下板托内腔与上板托内腔相对设置。

如图1-2所示，包括基座、定位棒、上托板和下板托，上托板和下板托的内腔与阀板形状相适应，基座一端固定定位板2，定位棒1穿过定位板；基座上设置凹形槽底座4，所述凹形槽内设置下板托5，下板托与底座间设置弹簧6，下板托通过定位块7与底座固定，下板托内腔与上板托内腔相对设置。
本实用新型提供的装配工装利用内腔与阀板形状相适应的下板托5将蝶阀阀体3的内孔位置限定并通过定位块7与底座4连接，用定位棒1将蝶阀阀体3的上轴孔位置限定，将阀板9置于下托板5上，将内腔与阀板9外形相适应的上托板10覆盖其上，此时，阀体轴孔与阀板轴孔完全对正，用压力机向下压入阀板，当压力机升起时，由于弹簧6的回弹作用将下托板5顶起复位，取出已装配好阀板的阀体。

1.一种有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工装，其特征是，包括基座、定位棒、上托板和下板托，上托板和下板托的内腔与阀板形状相适应，基座一端固定定位板，定位棒穿过定位板；基座上设置凹形槽底座，所述凹形槽内设置下板托，下板托与底座间设置弹簧，下板托通过定位块与底座固定，上板托内腔与下板托内腔上下相邻放置。
