背景技术
目前传统的有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工序是:将阀体置于工作台上,将阀板内装入下阀杆后,目测使之与阀体轴孔位置对正后,用力压入并用定位棒使阀体轴孔与阀板轴孔对正,由于采用目测对正,对工人技术水平要求较高,且不容易找正,手工操作,效率低下,一旦轴孔位置不正确,需用塑胶棒大力敲击,使其对正,敲击产生冲击力,对橡胶阀座产生影响,严重时可能报废。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工装。
本实用新型有骨架中线衬胶蝶阀阀板的装配工装,通过下述技术方案予以实现,包括基座、定位棒、上托板和下板托,上托板和下板托的内腔与阀板形状相适应,基座一端固定定位板,定位棒穿过定位板;基座上设置凹形槽底座,所述凹形槽内设置下板托,下板托与底座间设置弹簧,下板托通过定位块与底座固定,下板托内腔与上板托内腔相对设置。

本实用新型提供的装配工装利用内腔与阀板形状相适应的下板托5将蝶阀阀体3的内孔位置限定并通过定位块7与底座4连接,用定位棒1将蝶阀阀体3的上轴孔位置限定,将阀板9置于下托板5上,将内腔与阀板9外形相适应的上托板10覆盖其上,此时,阀体轴孔与阀板轴孔完全对正,用压力机向下压入阀板,当压力机升起时,由于弹簧6的回弹作用将下托板5顶起复位,取出已装配好阀板的阀体。
