Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种涂塑复合钢管用的加热炉。 
背景技术
钢管在输送水或带有氧气的气体的过程中,由于氧元素与钢管之间可产生化学反应,使钢管被氧化,而钢管被氧化后所生成的氧化铁皮层较为疏松,可以快速地吸收水或气体中的氧元素,导致钢管被加快腐蚀,进而降低钢管的使用寿命。为解决钢管被氧化问题,现有技术中通常采用在钢管表面涂覆一层塑性材料的解决方案,其中的塑性材料包括环氧树脂或聚乙烯。在涂塑的过程中,首先将加热到260-320℃的钢管放置在旋转涂覆机上,然后将塑料粉覆盖在钢管表面,以使钢管的表面能形成塑料涂层,可保证钢管不被氧化。然而,由于钢管表面所涂覆的塑层是将塑料粉末喷涂在其表面上经高温熔化后形成的,即钢管温度高的部位熔化塑料粉末的速度快,其粘结量相对较大,而钢管温度低的部位熔化塑料粉末的速度相对较慢,其粘结量相对较少,所以,要想使钢管表面具有厚度均匀的塑料涂层,其先决条件是在涂塑性材料前,必须先将钢管均匀地加热。
中国专利202667106U号公告的名称为“一种环氧树脂涂塑钢管加热炉”采用的是利用燃料对钢管加热的方式。该种加热炉包括地壳、炉体、与炉体连接为一体的炉体支架、涂塑钢管输送装置,以及设置在炉体上的烟道。虽然该种加热炉可将钢管加热到预定的温度,但由于燃料燃烧后对钢管加热,易使钢管产生不均匀的温度,即使钢管的热传导速度较快,也必须将钢管加热到高于涂塑时的温度,当其降到涂塑温度时才可能形成均匀温度,所以,该种加热方式浪费能源,同时对钢管表面也会产生污物。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是提出一种利用红外加热的方式解决浪费能源和质量差等问题的涂塑钢管用的加热炉。
本实用新型所提出的涂塑复合钢管用的加热炉包括保温炉壳和安装在该保温炉壳的炉腔内的红外加热组件,以及用于盛装钢管的可出入炉壳的轨道车。该加热炉包括保温炉壳和安装在该保温炉壳的炉腔内的红外加热组件,以及用于盛装钢管的可出入炉壳的轨道车,所述轨道车设置有1-3台钢管轨道车和用于顶推或拉出钢管轨道车的遥控式轨道车,所述钢管轨道车与摇控式轨道车之间设置有能自动连接的挂钩。
所述保温炉壳的一个侧面设置有允许轨道车出入的炉门。
本实用新型所提出的涂塑复合钢管用的加热炉利用红外加热,且利用轨道车输送钢管,所以,该种加热炉可对大直径的钢管进行涂塑,且因利用红外加热可以使钢管受热均匀,从而可提高涂塑质量。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图3,这三个附图给出本实用新型所提出的涂塑复合钢管用的加热炉一个实施例的外观结构。该加热炉包括炉具1、红外加热组件2和轨道车,其中的轨道车包括钢管轨道车3和遥控式轨道车4。该炉具1包括保温炉壳11和设置在侧面的炉门12,在保温炉壳11的炉腔13内安装有管式的红外加热组件2,而在保温炉壳11炉腔13内的底部设置有轨道14,该轨道14从炉门12向外部延伸。红外加热组件2设置在炉腔13内的两侧,且每一组红外加热组件2均为弧形,可对送入炉腔13内的钢管周边进行加热。由于钢管轨道车3是用于输送向炉腔13内输送钢管的车,其上表面必须是开放面,所以,本实施例中只给出钢管轨道车3的支架,没有给出安装在支架上的支撑钢管件。钢管轨道车3可根据钢管的长度来确定其数量,在通常情况下可设置1-3台,本实施例中只给出一台钢管轨道车3。遥控式轨道车4是用于顶推或拉出钢管轨道车3的部件,在遥控式轨道车4的端部安装有挂钩5,该挂钩5可以使摇控式轨道车4与钢管轨道车3接触后能自动连接或打开,进而可将钢管轨道车3推入或拉出保温炉壳11。

1.涂塑复合钢管用的加热炉,其特征在于:该加热炉包括保温炉壳和安装在该保温炉壳的炉腔内的红外加热组件,以及用于盛装钢管的可出入炉壳的轨道车,所述轨道车设置有1-3台钢管轨道车和用于顶推或拉出钢管轨道车的遥控式轨道车,所述钢管轨道车与摇控式轨道车之间设置有能自动连接的挂钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热炉,其特征在于:所述保温炉壳的一个侧面设置有允许轨道车出入的炉门。
