背景技术
现有粉尘吸排罐车主仓罐体与固定在汽车底盘上的除尘器采用钢管道对接的活动平面接口，接口之间用橡胶圈密封。由于车辆长期因道路的颠簸行驶，主仓罐体与副梁连接转轴磨损变形、副梁变形、罐体移位以及活动接口处橡胶密封圈变形等原因，容易发生活动平面对接口错位而接触不严，导致漏灰，对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷，提供一种粉尘吸排罐车主仓罐体与除尘器连接装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种粉尘吸排罐车主仓罐体与除尘器连接装置，包括上下对接的罐体接口和除尘器接口，罐体接口外圈有上压盖，除尘器接口外圈有下座，上压盖和下座之间通过橡胶密封圈密封，其在于，在罐体接口向下焊接有倒锥形接口，倒锥形接口与上压盖和橡胶密封圈紧密配合，将灰尘导入除尘器接口。
进一步的，在下座外圆周上设有密封圈挡板。

如图1所示，一种粉尘吸排罐车主仓罐体与除尘器连接装置，包括上下对接的罐体接口1和除尘器接口2，罐体接口1外圈有上压盖3，除尘器接口2外圈有下座5，上压盖3和下座5之间通过橡胶密封圈4密封，在罐体接口1向下焊接有倒锥形接口6，倒锥形接口6与上压盖3和橡胶密封圈4紧密配合，将灰尘导入除尘器接口2，在下座5外圆周上设有密封圈挡板7。
本实用新型增设的倒锥形接口6小端面先进入橡胶密封圈4及除尘器接口2，大端面随之压下，并且受下座5外圆周上密封圈挡板7反作用力向内挤压，使此活动对接口越压越紧，即使罐体接口1和除尘器接口2错位，也可由倒锥形接口6的圆锥面和有弹性的橡胶密封圈4来调节弥补而不外漏除尘灰，密封效果大大增强。
在设计倒锥形接口6及装配时，倒锥形接口6小端面直径为Ф200mm,橡胶密封圈4内径为Ф220mm，即使两接口径向位移达到10mm，对接时也能达到较好的密封效果。

1.一种粉尘吸排罐车主仓罐体与除尘器连接装置，包括上下对接的罐体接口和除尘器接口，罐体接口外圈有上压盖，除尘器接口外圈有下座，上压盖和下座之间通过橡胶密封圈密封，其特征在于：在罐体接口向下焊接有倒锥形接口，倒锥形接口与上压盖和橡胶密封圈紧密配合，将灰尘导入除尘器接口。
