Abstract
一种燃油箱通气帽，有一个底座，底座的底部有一个带有螺纹通孔的固定板，通过螺栓将固定板与燃油箱固定，固定板的底面粘接密封垫，从底座的底部向其内腔中塞有网状过滤器，网状过滤器的外面挡有塞子，在底座内腔周壁的环槽中放置卡环，卡环抵靠在塞子底面周圈上，底座的上面通过螺纹连接通气塞，通气塞的通气孔与底座内腔连通。本实用新型使发动机运转产生的热气能与外界空气保持恒压，避免了燃油漏油造成的浪费和外观不清洁，避免了燃油箱整体变形的现象，而且燃油箱油质能保证清洁度。

本实用新型涉及燃油箱配件，尤其是一种燃油箱通气帽。
背景技术
目前，国内推土机燃油箱使用的通气帽，没有空气净化过滤装置，使油箱内因外界空气杂质进入而清洁度降低，油质变差。有的燃油箱没有通气装置，大量热的燃油气体顶到锁孔处漏出，造成浪费和外观不清洁，或者导致燃油箱整体变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种燃油箱通气帽，解决现有通气帽没有空气净化过滤或通气装置的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：有一个底座，底座的底部有一个带有螺纹通孔的固定板，通过螺栓将固定板与燃油箱固定，固定板的底面粘接密封垫，从底座的底部向其内腔中塞有网状过滤器，网状过滤器的外面挡有塞子，在底座内腔周壁的环槽中放置卡环，卡环抵靠在塞子底面周圈上，底座的上面通过螺纹连接通气塞，通气塞的通气孔与底座内腔连通。空气通过通气塞内部的孔和底座内腔实现通气功能，网状过滤器实现空气过滤功能。
本实用新型使发动机运转产生的热气能与外界空气保持恒压，避免了燃油漏油造成的浪费和外观不清洁，避免了燃油箱整体变形的现象，而且燃油箱油质能保证清洁度。

参照图1，有一个底座6，底座6的底部有一个带有螺纹通孔的固定板2，固定板2的底面粘接密封垫1，从底座6的底部向其内腔中塞有网状过滤器5，网状过滤器5的外面挡有塞子4，在底座6内腔周壁的环槽中放置卡环3，卡环3抵靠在塞子4底面周圈上，底座6的上面通过螺纹连接通气塞7，通气塞7的通气孔与底座6内腔连通。

1.一种燃油箱通气帽，有一个底座，其特征在于：底座（6）的底部有一个带有螺纹通孔的固定板（2），固定板（2）的底面粘接密封垫（1），从底座（6）的底部向其内腔中塞有网状过滤器（5），网状过滤器（5）的外面挡有塞子（4），在底座（6）内腔周壁的环槽中放置卡环（3），卡环（3）抵靠在塞子（4）底面周圈上，底座（6）的上面通过螺纹连接通气塞（7），通气塞（7）的通气孔与底座（6）内腔连通。
