本实用新型公开了一种旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置，该手动出片装置包括转动手柄、顶片座、摇臂、滚轮、轴位螺钉、顶片杆、螺钉、出片轨、压缩弹簧及屏帽，其中压缩弹簧套装在顶片杆上端后装入顶片座中，出片轨用出片轨固定螺钉固定在顶片杆的顶端，屏帽固定在顶片杆的下端，滚轮安装在顶片杆的槽口内，滚轮与摇臂用轴位螺钉连接，转动手柄与摇臂连接后固定在顶片座上，并用螺钉将顶片座固定到下轨道座上，安装在第一预压、第二充填位置之间，解决经预压的片剂能顶出中模，便于检查各层片剂的厚度，解决了双层或三层压片机上一直无手动出片装置的难题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制药机械，特别是涉及一种旋转式压片机中多层压片机上的出片装置。
背景技术
目前国内制药行业中常用的旋转式压片机中一种型式的压片机是只能压制单层药片，而另一种型式的压片机可压制双层或三层药片。目前市场上的双层或三层压片机上均无手动出片装置，这样压制双层或三层药片时各层药片的厚度只能通过操作工目测检查，导致各层药片的厚度无法精确控制，这对于食品、保健品的压制影响不是很大，而对药品尤其是各层作用机理不同的片剂，直接影响到药物的疗效和安全性，关系重大。可目前还没有一种出片装置可供使用，又待人们去研究开发一种出片装置来解决长期以来一直未解决的难题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置，以解决压片机压制双层或三层片剂时各层物料填充量大小问题，保证片剂的各层物料厚度（或重量）符合规定要求这样一个一直未解决的难题。这种旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置（以下简称手动出片装置）可采用如下技术方案来实施：它包括转动手柄、顶片座、摇臂、滚轮、轴位螺钉、顶片杆、出片轨固定螺钉、螺钉、出片轨、压缩弹簧及屏帽，其中压缩弹簧套装在顶片杆上端后装入顶片座中，出片轨用出片轨固定螺钉固定在顶片杆的顶端，屏帽固定在顶片杆的下端，滚轮安装在顶片杆的槽口内，滚轮与摇臂用轴位螺钉连接，转动手柄与摇臂连接后固定在顶片座上，并用螺钉将顶片座固定到下轨道座上。
按照上述技术方案设计制作的手动出片装置与现有技术相比，其突出的优点是：在第一预压、第二充填位置之间增加手动出片装置，解决了经预压的片剂能顶出中模，便于检查各层片剂的厚度，操作及其方便，解决了双层或三层压片机上一直无手动压片装置的难题。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置结合附图及实施例作进一步叙述。
如图1、图2所示，旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置包括转动手柄1、顶片座2、摇臂3、滚轮4、轴位螺钉5、顶片杆6、出片轨固定螺钉7、螺钉8、出片轨9、压缩弹簧10及屏帽11，其中压缩弹簧10套装在顶片杆6上端后装入顶片座2中，出片轨9用出片轨固定螺钉7固定在顶片杆6的顶端，屏帽11固定在顶片杆6的下端，滚轮4安装在顶片杆6的槽口内，滚轮4与摇臂3用轴位螺钉5连接，转动手柄1与摇臂3连接后固定在顶片座2上，并用螺钉8将顶片座2固定到下轨道座上。
工作时，转动手柄1，转动手柄通过摇臂3、滚轮4带动顶片杆6在顶片座2内向上移动，出片轨9随顶片杆上升，带动下冲钉上升，从而将第一层、第二层经预压的片剂顶出中模，便于检查各层片剂的厚度。

1.一种旋转式压片机上的手动出片装置，其特征在于该手动出片装置包括转动手柄（1）、顶片座（2）、摇臂（3）、滚轮（4）、轴位螺钉（5）、顶片杆（6）、出片轨固定螺钉（7）、螺钉（8）、出片轨（9）、压缩弹簧（10）及屏帽（11），其中压缩弹簧（10）套装在顶片杆（6）上端后装入顶片座（2）中，出片轨（9）用出片轨固定螺钉（7）固定在顶片杆（6）的顶端，屏帽（11）固定在顶片杆（6）的下端，滚轮（4）安装在顶片杆（6）的槽口内，滚轮（4）与摇臂（3）用轴位螺钉（5）连接，转动手柄（1）与摇臂（3）连接后固定在顶片座（2）上，并用螺钉（8）将顶片座（2）固定到下轨道座上。
