一种梯型实木二层地板,包括地板支撑主体层与上装饰面层,关键是:所述的地板支撑主体层由两个平行设置的边框和垂直于边框、固定在两个边框中间的一组条形实木芯材插接固定而成。本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,经济价值高,有利于避免由于内应力而造成弯曲形变等现象,可以提高及使用过程中的翘曲形变或抗扭曲变形性能,特别是应用干燥,潮湿,或者地热供应环境,材料来源环保,经济,稳定,选择余地大,更符合现实社会对生态保护要求。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及到木地板设计领域,尤其涉及一种新的木地板结构。
背景技术
    由于木材属于自然产品,随着人们生活品质的提高,木地板以及木料家具越来越受人们的欢迎,比如由整片板制成的实木地板,但是由于木材为对生态环境十分重要的稀缺资源,目前的木材供应远远满足不了人们的需求。为此,现有技术中出现了由木糠以及其他杂料压制而成的木料压板。但是现有技术中的压制板材在使用的过程中,由于温度、潮湿环境的影响,导致板材整体出现局部收缩或者局部膨胀的问题,导致其在使用的过程中表皮形变,不利于使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决由于温度、潮湿环境的影响,导致板材整体出现局部收缩或者局部膨胀的问题,设计了一种梯型实木二层地板,采用边框与实木芯材的组合方式予以实现目的。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种梯型实木二层地板,包括地板支撑主体层与上装饰面层,关键是:所述的地板支撑主体层由两个平行设置的边框和垂直于边框、固定在两个边框中间的一组条形实木芯材插接固定而成。
所述的条形实木芯材的厚度与边框的厚度相同,插接时条形实木芯材与边框的上端面为同一水平面。
所述的条形实木芯材之间的间距相同,间距设置为1.5~2.5cm。
所述的边框的木纹与条形实木芯材的木纹方向垂直设置。
所述的边框的厚度为0.8~1.5cm。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,经济价值高,有利于避免由于内应力而造成弯曲形变等现象,可以提高及使用过程中的翘曲形变或抗扭曲变形性能,特别是应用干燥,潮湿,或者地热供应环境,材料来源环保,经济,稳定,选择余地大,更符合现实社会对生态保护要求。

具体实施方式
一种梯型实木二层地板,包括地板支撑主体层与上装饰面层1,关键是:所述的地板支撑主体层由两个平行设置的边框2和垂直于边框2、固定在两个边框中间的一组条形实木芯材3插接固定而成。
所述的条形实木芯材3的厚度与边框2的厚度相同,插接时条形实木芯材3与边框2的上端面为同一水平面。
所述的条形实木芯材3之间的间距相同,间距设置为1.5~2.5cm。
所述的边框2的木纹与条形实木芯材3的木纹方向垂直设置。
所述的边框2的厚度为0.8~1.5cm。
本实用新型在具体实施时,该木料板材主要包括多条形实木芯材3以及固定在该多条形实木芯材3两边的边框2以木纹相互垂直平面加压胶合组成。其中边框2与内芯的条形实木芯材3的排列组合采用纵横交错工艺,具体是:内芯由多个横向排布的条形实木芯材3组成,两边的边框2纵向固定在多条形实木芯材3的侧面,再组合所需上装饰面层1而成。
由于本实施例的板材采用梯型结构设计,在由边框2构成的空腔中设置由条形实木芯材3组成的内芯,并且其中构成内芯的条形实木芯材3采用横向排布结构,而边框2采用纵向结构使得边框2与内芯的条形实木芯材3的排列组合采用纵横交错工艺,可以平衡整体板材表面或者表皮设置边框内的应力,有利于避免由于内应力而造成弯曲形变等现象。
另外,由于内芯由多条形实木芯材3横向排布,当在将本板材组装成地板时,其横向结构可以提高及使用过程中的翘曲形变或抗扭曲变形性能,特别是应用干燥,潮湿,或者地热供应环境。
另外,在进行选材时,多条形实木芯材3和边框2均使用人工速生材,材料来源环保,经济,稳定,选择余地大,更符合现实社会对生态保护要求。
另外,在本实施案例中采用二层结构,相比其他三层结构更节省原材料,同时避免了三层结构的面层和底层由于材质,厚度不同而造成的弯曲形变。
    另外,在本实施案例中采用二层结构,使得多条形实木芯材3和边框2完全暴露在外,避免了掺杂使假,更能让使用者放心。

1.一种梯型实木二层地板,包括地板支撑主体层与上装饰面层(1),其特征在于:所述的地板支撑主体层由两个平行设置的边框(2)和垂直于边框(2)、固定在两个边框中间的一组条形实木芯材(3)插接固定而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种梯型实木二层地板,其特征在于:所述的条形实木芯材(3)的厚度与边框(2)的厚度相同,插接时条形实木芯材(3)与边框(2)的上端面为同一水平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种梯型实木二层地板,其特征在于:所述的条形实木芯材(3)之间的间距相同,间距设置为1.5~2.5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种梯型实木二层地板,其特征在于:所述的边框(2)的木纹与条形实木芯材(3)的木纹方向垂直设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种梯型实木二层地板,其特征在于:所述的边框(2)的厚度为0.8~1.5cm。
