背景技术
现有的门板有实木门板、烤漆门板、免漆门板等，但是仅为单层结构，其隔音效果较差，对于一些对隔音效果有要求的地方，例如影院、歌厅等，就需要进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、隔音效果好的聚氨酯隔音门板，不仅隔音效果好，而且具有很好的保温作用，尤其适合对隔音有具体要求的影院等地。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种聚氨酯隔音门板，其特征在于：所述门板中心为隔音层，隔音层两侧对称设有橡胶层和木质层，所述隔音层为两面均凹凸不平的聚氨酯板，可以起到很好的吸音隔音效果，而且聚氨酯板具有很好的保温隔热功能，所述橡胶层可以进一步起到隔音效果，而且增加了防撞的功能。
木质层使得该种门板外观与常见门板保持一致，美观大方。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，该种门板不论是隔音效果，保温效果，防撞效果均有很大提升，结构简单、设计合理，是适合市场推广的优质材料。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述门板中心为隔音层1，隔音层1两侧对称依次设有橡胶层2和木质层3，所述隔音层1为两面均凹凸不平的聚氨酯板，可以起到很好的吸音隔音效果，而且聚氨酯板具有很好的保温隔热功能，所述橡胶层2可以进一步起到隔音效果，而且增加了防撞的功能。
