一种安装有增亮装置的挤出机，包括进料斗、料筒、齿轮箱、螺杆、法兰盘、合流芯和模体，所述模体为经过碳化处理的钢套，模体出料口安装有内、外两个增亮装置；所述的内、外增亮装置均为环形结构，包括压盖和聚四氟片，压盖与聚四氟片之间通过螺栓固定。本实用新型的优点是：经过氮化处理的模体，终身无需镀铬且不粘料；挤压机上安装的内、外增亮装置能将管道的内、外壁进行细磨，使管道如玻璃般光亮无瑕疵，大大提高了产品的质量。
Description
【技术领域】本实用新型涉及生产PE管的机械设备，具体地说是一种安装有增亮装置的挤出机。
【背景技术】目前，生产PE管的模具均采用#45号钢加工而成，模具内部与物料接触的部位一般进行了镀铬处理。由于PE料受热软化后粘附力极强，因此经过软化的物料极易粘附在模具上，使得成型管道的外壁和内壁不光滑有瑕疵。不光滑有瑕疵的外壁影响管道产品的销售外观，不光滑的内壁管道作为饮用水管时，其内壁极易吸附杂质，滋生细菌，污染水质。
【发明内容】本实用新型针对以上问题，提供一种安装有增亮装置的挤出机。
这种安装有增亮装置的挤出机，包括进料斗、料筒、齿轮箱、螺杆、法兰盘、合流芯和模体，料筒上部安装有进料斗，料筒端部安装有齿轮箱，料筒内设置的螺杆的一端安装在齿轮箱上；料筒与合流芯、模体之间通过法兰盘连接；其特征在于，所述模体为经过碳化处理的钢套，模体出料口安装有内、外两个增亮装置；所述的内、外增亮装置均为环形结构，包括压盖和聚四氟片，压盖与聚四氟片之间通过螺栓固定。
本实用新型的优点是：经过氮化处理的模体，终身无需镀铬且不粘料；挤压机上安装的内、外增亮装置能将管道的内、外壁进行细磨，使管道如玻璃般光亮无瑕疵，大大提高了产品的质量。

【具体实施方式】下面结合附图说明对本实用新型的实施阐述如下：
在图2中，环形结构的增亮装置8包括两个压盖9和一个聚四氟片10，两个压盖9与聚四氟片10之间通过螺栓11固定。
在图1中，料筒2上部安装有进料斗1，料筒2端部安装有齿轮箱3，料筒1内设置的螺杆4的一端安装在齿轮箱3上；料筒2与合流芯6、模体7之间通过法兰盘5连接，模体7的出料口安装有内、外两个增亮装置8。
模体7的碳化处理包括退铬处理、氮化处理、抛光处理，内增亮装置8安装在模体7的芯棒上，用于管道内壁的细磨；外增亮装置8安装在模体7的口模上，用于管道外壁的细磨。
PE料从进料斗1进入料筒2后，齿轮箱3上安装的螺杆4转动，将物料向模体7内挤压，合流芯6能够阻止物料中的杂质进入模体7，成型的管道从模体7端部出料时，增亮装置8对其内壁和外壁进行细磨，使管道如玻璃般光亮无瑕疵。

1. 一种安装有增亮装置的挤出机，包括进料斗、料筒、齿轮箱、螺杆、法兰盘、合流芯和模体，料筒上部安装有进料斗，料筒端部安装有齿轮箱，料筒内设置的螺杆的一端安装在齿轮箱上；料筒与合流芯、模体之间通过法兰盘连接；其特征在于，所述模体为经过碳化处理的钢套，模体出料口安装有内、外两个增亮装置；所述的内、外增亮装置均为环形结构，包括压盖和聚四氟片，压盖与聚四氟片之间通过螺栓固定。
