[0020] 使用时,电机1通过变速箱3,带动螺杆6转动,熔融的塑料受到螺杆6旋转式挤压, 从而熔融的塑料也在料筒7的内部旋转,通过稳流板11时,旋转的熔融塑料穿过稳流板11的 通孔流向变得单一稳定,稳定流向的熔融塑料经过金属网13,熔融塑料中较大的颗粒加热 不充分的较大颗粒挡在稳流板11与金属网13之间,这时,加热器9给加热不充分的较大颗粒 充分加热融化,保证了塑料的正常流动。

1.塑胶管材生产用挤出设备,包括底板(2),其特征在于,所述底板(2)的上方安装有调 速箱(3),调速箱⑶的输入轴连接有电机⑴的输出轴,调速箱⑶的输出轴连接有螺杆(6) 的一端,且调速箱⑶的输出轴与螺杆⑹采用尼龙栓销联轴器连接,螺杆⑹的外侧套接有 料筒(7),且料筒⑺靠近调速箱⑶的一端与调速箱⑶的外壳固定连接,料筒⑺的顶部安 装有加料斗⑷,且料筒⑺的内腔与加料斗⑷连通,料筒⑺的侧边安装有排气管(5),且 料筒⑺的内腔与排气管⑸连通,料筒⑺远离调速箱⑶的一端焊接有第一法兰(8),料筒 ⑺远离调速箱⑶的一端设有导流管(14),导流管(14)的两端均焊接有第二法兰(1〇),且 第二法兰(10)与第一法兰(8)通过螺栓连接,导流管(14)靠近料筒〇7)的一端内部安装有截 面呈圆形的稳流板(11),稳流板(11)的曲面侧边设有螺纹,稳流板(11)与导流管(14)采用 螺纹连接,稳流板(11)的平面侧边设有均匀布置的通孔,导流管(14)远离料筒的一端内 部设有环形凸台,环形凸台靠近稳流板(11)的一侧设有环形金属框(15),且环形凸台与环 形金属框(15)通过螺钉固定连接,环形金属框(15)的内部设有金属网(13),且环形金属框 (15)与金属网(13)压制连接,导流管(14)的外侧套接有加热器(9),且加热器(9)呈空心的 柱状结构,导流管(14)远离料筒〇〇的一端安装有成形模头(12)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管材生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述调速箱(3)与电 机(1)的输出轴采用套筒式联轴器连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管材生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述料斗(4)的锥形 外侧套接有固定环,固定环的侧边焊接有支架的一端,支架的另一端与料筒(7)焊接固定。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管材生产用挤出设备,其特征在于,所述导流管(14)与成 形模头(12)采用法兰连接。
