Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种收焦装置，包括带焦油气进气口和出气口的罐体，其中所述罐体内设置有平台，平台上设置有焦油气滤芯。所述焦油气滤芯包括外框和置于外框内的至少两个由网孔板和吸附材料层构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框之间均设置有缺口，因此焦油气流经焦油气滤芯时和收焦单元的接触面大大增加，不仅可以通过收焦单元从下而上流动，而且可以通过缺口流动，这样焦油很快吸附在底层收焦单元的吸附材料上，即便收焦单元本身的通路堵塞，由于收焦单元和外框之间均缺口存在，通气能力不会减小，因此上面的收焦单元可以很好地依次吸附焦油，因此收焦效果明显改善；另外焦油气滤芯作为一个整体也便于更换。

本实用新型涉及一种石墨膜生产工艺流水线上的一种设备，特别涉及一种收焦装置。
背景技术：
石墨膜生产通常由碳化的高分子薄膜加热石墨化后得到，在石墨化过程中，碳化的高分子薄膜会产生焦油气，焦油气的及时排出对生产的产品石墨膜的品质有很大的影响，如果不能及时排出，会使生产的石墨膜的品质下降，焦油气的排放还会造成空气污染，因此收焦装置应运而生。现有的收焦装置如图1所示，焦油气从罐子底部进入，经吸附材料从排气孔排出。在工作中焦油很快吸附在底层吸附材料上，将通路堵塞，导致气阻变大，通气能力减小，影响系统效果，致使产品品质下降；并且上层大部分吸附材料得不到合理利用。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种收焦装置，包括带焦油气进气口和出气口的罐体，其特征在于：所述罐体内设置有平台，平台上设置有焦油气滤芯。
本实用新型更进一步的技术特征是：
所述焦油气滤芯包括外框和置于外框内的至少两个由网孔板和吸附材料层构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框之间均设置有缺口。
所述收焦单元和外框之间可拆卸连接。
所述缺口不在同一条直线上。
所述缺口呈S型排列。
所述罐体包括罐盖和罐身，且所述罐盖和罐身可拆卸连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型相对传统收焦装置来说，由于设置了焦油气滤芯，所述焦油气滤芯包括外框和置于外框内的至少两个由网孔板和吸附材料层构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框之间均设置有缺口，因此焦油气流经焦油气滤芯时和收焦单元的接触面大大增加，不仅可以通过收焦单元从下而上流动，而且可以通过缺口流动，这样焦油很快吸附在底层收焦单元的吸附材料上，即便收焦单元本身的通路堵塞，由于收焦单元和外框之间均缺口存在，通气能力不会减小，因此上面的收焦单元可以很好地依次吸附焦油，因此收焦效果明显改善；另外焦油气滤芯作为一个整体也便于更换。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明：
参照图2－图4，图2是本实用新型一实施例的结构剖视图。如图2所示，一种收焦装置，包括带焦油气进气口1和出气口2的罐体3，其中所述罐体3内设置有平台4，平台4上设置有焦油气滤芯5。在本实施例中，所述焦油气滤芯5如图3和图4所示，包括外框6和置于外框6内的四个由网孔板7和吸附材料层8构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框之间均设置有缺口9。
为便于吸附材料层8的更换，所述收焦单元和外框6之间可拆卸连接。
为了使焦油气和收焦单元充分接触以便焦油被收焦单元的吸附材料层8充分吸收，所述缺口9不设置在同一条直线上。在图2所示的实施例中，所述缺口9呈S型排列。
为便于整个焦油气滤芯5的更换，所述罐体3可以设置成包括罐盖和罐身两部分，且所述罐盖和罐身可拆卸连接。
在实际应用中，焦油气从下方进气口1进入收焦装置，由于罐体3内设置了焦油气滤芯5，所述焦油气滤芯5包括外框6和置于外框6内的至少两个由网孔板7和吸附材料层8构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框6之间均设置有缺口9，因此焦油气流经焦油气滤芯5时和收焦单元的接触面大大增加，不仅可以通过收焦单元从下而上流动，而且可以通过缺口9流动，这样焦油很快吸附在底层收焦单元的吸附材料上，即便收焦单元本身的通路堵塞，由于收焦单元和外框6之间均缺口9存在，通气能力不会减小，因此上面的收焦单元可以很好地依次吸附焦油，因此收焦效果明显改善；另外焦油气滤芯5作为一个整体也便于更换。
本实用新型虽然已经在此处描述了具体实施方式，但是本实用新型的覆盖范围不限于此。例如，在图2的实施例中，焦油气滤芯5包括外框6和置于外框6内的四个由网孔板7和吸附材料层8构成的收焦单元，还可以设置成2个收焦单元、三个收焦单元、或五个收焦单元。同样，罐盖和罐身之间的连接以及收焦单元和外框6之间的连接可以采用滑动连接、卡槽连接、卡扣连接等常规的可拆卸连接技术。本实用新型涵盖所有在字面上或在等效形式的教导下实质上落在权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案，本实用新型的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

1.一种收焦装置，包括带焦油气进气口和出气口的罐体，其特征在于：所述罐体内设置有平台，平台上设置有焦油气滤芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的收焦装置，其特征在于：所述焦油气滤芯包括外框和置于外框内的至少两个由网孔板和吸附材料层构成的收焦单元，且每个收焦单元和外框之间均设置有缺口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的收焦装置，其特征在于：所述收焦单元和外框之间可拆卸连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的收焦装置，其特征在于：所述缺口不在同一条直线上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的收焦装置，其特征在于：所述缺口呈S型排列。
6.根据上述任一权利要求所述的收焦装置，其特征在于：所述罐体包括罐盖和罐身，且所述罐盖和罐身可拆卸连接。
