技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种服装防水带热封机。 
背景技术
通常，在一些特殊场合需要使用防水服，如潜水衣、雨衣等等。 
防水服为了达到防水的功效，是采用防水面料裁剪、缝合制成。面料具有防水功能，但是，面料之间的对接却采用针线缝合，车缝对接处存在车缝线和针眼孔，而水无孔不入，故防水服仍然存在渗水现象，无法确实达到防水的功效。为了确实防水功能，目前是在车缝处加封防水带。 
现有技术中，加防水带通常采用人工，费时费力，效率低，无法机械化生产。虽然，有业者研发了热封机，但是，结构复杂，操作也不方便。 
有鉴于此，本发明人专门研发了一种服装防水带热封机，本案由此产生。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种服装防水带热封机，其结构简单，操作方便。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下： 
一种服装防水带热封机，包括机架以及安装在机架上的机械手臂、升降杆、防水带卷轮和控制器，在机架上固定下压轮，在下压轮的正上方设置上压轮，上压轮安装在升降杆的下端，机械手臂上安装热风枪，控制器和升降杆、机械手臂连接并由控制器控制升降杆和机械手臂动作，上压轮由升降杆带动下降至与下压轮相切，热风枪由机械手臂带动使其出风口靠近或远离上压轮和下压轮的相切处。
所述防水带卷轮安装在机架的顶端，机架上还安装导带轮位于防水带卷轮和上压轮之间。 
所述机架上还安装防护罩，热风枪罩在防护罩内。 
所述控制器配备脚踏开关。 
采用上述方案后，本实用新型结构简单，使用时，将防水带盘安装在防水带卷轮上，将防水带拉出并叠置在服装需要热封的部位，然后将叠置的服装和防水带一起放在下压轮上，控制升降杆带动上压轮下降至压在下压轮上，同时控制机械手臂带动热风枪使其出风口靠近上压轮和下压轮的相切处，借助热风加热使防水带上的胶熔化，并借助上压轮和下压轮的压力，使防水带牢固地粘贴在服装需要热封的部位，像车缝作业一样向前拉动防水带和服装，即令整条防水带快速粘贴在服装上，完成热封作业，操作十分简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，是本实用新型揭示的一种服装防水带热封机，包括机架1以及安装在机架1上的机械手臂2、升降杆3、防水带卷轮4和控制器5。 
在机架1上还固定下压轮6，在下压轮6的正上方设置上压轮7，上压轮7安装在升降杆3的下端，上压轮7由升降杆3带动下降至与下压轮6相切或由升降杆3带动上升而远离下压轮6。 
机械手臂2上安装热风枪8，为了安全起见，机架1上还安装防护罩9，热风枪8罩在防护罩9内。热风枪8由机械手臂2带动使其出风口靠近或远离上压轮7和下压轮6的相切处。 
为了使防水带10配合顺畅，此实施例将防水带卷轮4安装在机架1的顶端，机架1上还安装导带轮11位于防水带卷轮4和上压轮1之间，以利导引防水带10。 
控制器5和升降杆3、机械手臂2连接，并由控制器5控制升降杆3的升降动作和机械手臂2的摆动动作，为了方便控制，控制器5还可以配备脚踏开关，由脚踏开关控制整个机器启动和停止动作。 
本实用新型结构简单，使用时，将防水带盘12安装在防水带卷轮4上，将防水带10拉出并叠置在服装需要热封的部位，然后将叠置的服装和防水带10一起放在下压轮6上，控制升降杆3带动上压轮7下降至压在下压轮6上，同时控制机械手臂2带动热风枪8使其出风口靠近上压轮7和下压轮6的相切处，借助热风加热使防水带10上的胶熔化，并借助上压轮7和下压轮6的压力，使防水带10牢固地粘贴在服装需要热封的部位，像车缝作业一样向前拉动防水带10和服装，即令整条防水带10快速粘贴在服装上，完成热封作业，操作十分简单。

1.一种服装防水带热封机，其特征在于：包括机架以及安装在机架上的机械手臂、升降杆、防水带卷轮和控制器，在机架上固定下压轮，在下压轮的正上方设置上压轮，上压轮安装在升降杆的下端，机械手臂上安装热风枪，控制器和升降杆、机械手臂连接并由控制器控制升降杆和机械手臂动作，上压轮由升降杆带动下降至与下压轮相切，热风枪由机械手臂带动使其出风口靠近或远离上压轮和下压轮的相切处。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种服装防水带热封机，其特征在于：所述防水带卷轮安装在机架的顶端，机架上还安装导带轮位于防水带卷轮和上压轮之间。
