本实用新型公开了一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构,包括电池上盖、密封圈、电池外壳、电池隔膜、正极物质、正极导体、电池底部绝缘片,所述电池上盖与密封圈卡在一起;所述密封圈与电池外壳连接;所述正极碳包压片位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述负极物质位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述电池外壳与电池上盖连接;所述电池隔膜与负极物质连接;所述正极物质充满正极导体和电池隔膜之间的空间;所述正极导体位于电池中间;所述电池底部绝缘片位于电池隔膜和电池外壳中间。该碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池,采用了科学的结构,能很好的保证碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池能够稳定的以较大的电流进行连续放电和进行脉冲放电,且结构简单,生产成本低便于推广。

本实用新型涉及电池技术领域,具体为一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构。
背景技术
大家都知道,现有的碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的电池容量较低,且电池最大连续放电电流和最大脉冲放电电流较小。但现在市场上能解决这类问题的电池产品还不多,都存在或多或少的问题。为此,本实用新型提出一种节能环保,使用方便的一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能环保,使用方便的双腿支撑防滑式汽车节能清洗器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构,包括电池上盖、密封圈、正极碳包压片、负极物质、电池外壳、电池隔膜、正极物质、正极导体、电池底部绝缘片,所述电池上盖与密封圈卡在一起;所述密封圈与电池外壳连接;所述正极碳包压片位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述负极物质位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述电池外壳与电池上盖连接;所述电池隔膜与负极物质连接;所述正极物质充满正极导体和电池隔膜之间的空间;所述正极导体位于电池中间;所述电池底部绝缘片位于电池隔膜和电池外壳中间。
本实用新型中,所述电池为关于正极导体对称的结构。
本实用新型中,所述电池外壳、负极物质和电池隔膜为无缝隙连接。
本实用新型中,所述正极导体底部与电池隔膜之间留有空隙。
本实用新型中,所述电池为圆柱形结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池,采用了科学的结构,能很好的保证碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池能够稳定的以较大的电流进行连续放电和进行脉冲放电,且结构简单,生产成本低便于推广。

本实用新型中,所述电池为关于正极导体8对称的结构。
本实用新型中,所述电池外壳5、负极物质4和电池隔膜6为无缝隙连接。
本实用新型中,所述正极导体8底部与电池隔膜6之间留有空隙。

1.一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构,包括电池上盖、密封圈、正极碳包压片、负极物质、电池外壳、电池隔膜、正极物质、正极导体、电池底部绝缘片,其特征在于:所述电池上盖与密封圈卡在一起;所述密封圈与电池外壳连接;所述正极碳包压片位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述负极物质位于电池外壳和正极导体之间;所述电池外壳与电池上盖连接;所述电池隔膜与负极物质连接;所述正极物质充满正极导体和电池隔膜之间的空间;所述正极导体位于电池中间;所述电池底部绝缘片位于电池隔膜和电池外壳中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳包式圆柱型锂锰电池的新结构,其特征在于:所述电池外壳、负极物质和电池隔膜为无缝隙连接。
