本发明公开了一种蓄电池,包括外壳,所述外壳内设置有若干个单格电池,单格电池之间通过横铅条相连,外壳顶部设置有蓄电池盖,所述蓄电池盖上设置有正极连接柱、负极连接柱和加液孔螺塞,所述正极连接柱底部设置有电极衬套,所述单格电池内设置有相互嵌合的正极板和负极板,在正极板和负极板之间设置有绝缘的隔板,所述单格电池内填充有电解液,其特征在于,所述外壳底部设置有若干个可支撑正极板、负极板和隔板的突起肋条,肋条之间设置有支撑板,所述支撑板两侧设置有向下倾斜的倾斜板,所述肋条两侧自顶部向支撑板侧延伸出第一弧形板,所述肋条自顶部向下收缩形成第二弧形板。避免蓄电池工作过程中,脱离下来的活性物质影响充、放电效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓄电池。
背景技术
蓄电池(StorageBattery)是将化学能直接转化成电能的一种装置,是可再充电的电池,通过可逆的化学反应实现再充电。其正、负极板上的活性物质与电解液进行电化学反应实现充、放电过程。随着电化学反应的进行,活性物质会慢慢的从正、负极板上脱离下来。
实际应用中,很多蓄电池在工作过程中,并不是静止不动的,而是可能随着汽车、机械设备一起运动的,因此脱离下来的活性物质会随着电解液移动,影响充、放电效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种蓄电池,避免蓄电池工作过程中,脱离下来的活性物质影响充、放电效率。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蓄电池,包括外壳,所述外壳内设置有若干个单格电池,单格电池之间通过横铅条相连,外壳顶部设置有蓄电池盖,所述蓄电池盖上设置有正极连接柱、负极连接柱和加液孔螺塞,所述正极连接柱底部设置有电极衬套,所述单格电池内设置有相互嵌合的正极板和负极板,在正极板和负极板之间设置有绝缘的隔板,所述单格电池内填充有电解液,其特征在于,所述外壳底部设置有若干个可支撑正极板、负极板和隔板的突起肋条,肋条之间设置有支撑板,所述支撑板两侧设置有向下倾斜的倾斜板,所述肋条两侧自顶部向支撑板侧延伸出第一弧形板,所述肋条自顶部向下收缩形成第二弧形板。
脱落下来的活性物质会沿着倾斜板或第一弧形板滑落至外壳底部,当电解液随着蓄电池移动时,由于倾斜板、第一弧形板和第二弧形板的导向作用,活性物质会积存在外壳底部,而不会随着电解液移动,很好的避免了蓄电池工作过程中,脱离下来的活性物质影响充、放电效率。
进一步的,隔板可以是厚度为1mm的微孔橡胶隔板、玻璃纤维或微孔酚醛树脂。利于电解液渗透,减少蓄电池内阻,而且化学性能好,具有耐酸和抗氧化性。
本发明的有益效果是:避免蓄电池工作过程中,脱离下来的活性物质影响充、放电效率。进一步的,利于电解液渗透,减少蓄电池内阻,而且化学性能好,具有耐酸和抗氧化性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,一种蓄电池,包括外壳1,优选外壳1是聚丙烯塑料材质,所述外壳1内设置有若干个单格电池8,由于一个蓄电池正负极板产生的电动势是2V,为获得6V、12V电动势,蓄电池需要将3组或6组极板串联起来,即将整个壳体制成3个或6个互不相通的单格电池8形成6V、12V的蓄电池,单格电池8之间通过横铅条5相连。
外壳1顶部设置有蓄电池盖2用来封闭蓄电池,对于单格电池8可以使用硬质橡胶盖,对于多个单格电池8组成的整体式蓄电池,需要使用聚丙烯塑料材质。所述蓄电池盖2上设置有正极连接柱6、负极连接柱3和与单格电池8数量相等的加液孔螺塞4,蓄电池盖2与外壳1配合严密使各单格电池8完全隔开。
所述正极连接柱6底部设置有电极衬套7,所述单格电池8内设置有相互嵌合的正极板11和负极板12,在正极板11和负极板12之间设置有绝缘的隔板,所述单格电池8内填充有电解液9。其中隔板可以是微孔橡胶隔板13,性能好且寿命长,但成本略高。也可以选用玻璃纤维,也可以是微孔酚醛树脂,其孔径小、多孔率高、薄而软,成本低。当其厚度是1mm时效果最佳。其正、负极板上的活性物质与电解液9进行电化学反应实现充、放电过程。优选正极板11和负极板12的厚度是1.6-2.4mm。
所述外壳底部14设置有若干个可支撑正极板11、负极板12和隔板的突起肋条10,如图2所示,肋条10之间设置有支撑板15,所述支撑板15两侧设置有向下倾斜的倾斜板16,所述肋条10两侧自顶部向支撑板15侧延伸出第一弧形板17,所述肋条10自顶部向下收缩形成第二弧形板18,图2中第一弧形板17和第二弧形板18横截面构成了一个半圆形。优选倾斜板16的一端即最低的那端,位于第一弧形板17底部。
随着电化学反应的进行,活性物质会慢慢的从正、负极板上脱离下来。脱落下来的活性物质会沿着倾斜板16或第一弧形板17滑落至外壳底部14,即倾斜板16和肋条10之间的底部,当电解液9随着蓄电池移动时,由于倾斜板16、第一弧形板17和第二弧形板18的导向作用,活性物质会积存在外壳底部14,而不会随着电解液9移动,很好的避免了蓄电池工作过程中,脱离下来的活性物质影响充、放电效率。

1.一种蓄电池,包括外壳,所述外壳内设置有若干个单格电池,单格电池之间通过横铅条相连,外壳顶部设置有蓄电池盖,所述蓄电池盖上设置有正极连接柱、负极连接柱和加液孔螺塞,所述正极连接柱底部设置有电极衬套,所述单格电池内设置有相互嵌合的正极板和负极板,在正极板和负极板之间设置有绝缘的隔板,所述单格电池内填充有电解液,其特征在于,所述外壳底部设置有若干个可支撑正极板、负极板和隔板的突起肋条,肋条之间设置有支撑板,所述支撑板两侧设置有向下倾斜的倾斜板,所述肋条两侧自顶部向支撑板侧延伸出第一弧形板,所述肋条自顶部向下收缩形成第二弧形板,所述正极板和负极板的厚度是1.6-2.4mm。
