技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种火箭发动机试验管路连接装置，尤其涉及一种航天器姿轨控发动机试验用真空蝶阀法兰连接导向装置，属于管路系统技术领域。 
背景技术
卫星用姿轨控液体火箭发动机高模试验在真空舱抽真空时，需要使用真空蝶阀将真空舱与外部管路系统关闭。真空蝶阀的密封性能直接影响抽真空的效果，从而对高模试验产生影响，有些管路中的真空蝶阀装配时采用活套法兰安装，这种安装操作方便，但由于缺乏管路的定位装置，很容易安装不正，从而妨碍真空蝶阀的正常开启和关闭，影响高模试验效果，所以需要真空蝶阀法兰连接导向装置。 
发明内容
为了克服现有真空蝶阀装配时，缺乏管路的定位装置，很容易安装不正的问题，本实用新型提供一种真空蝶阀法兰连接导向装置，能够给蝶阀、法兰及管路连接进行定位导向，操作简单、方便。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：这种真空蝶阀法兰连接导向装置由A侧管路、A侧活套法兰、螺栓、A侧定位销、A侧密封垫圈、真空蝶阀、B侧密封垫圈、B侧定位销、B侧活套法兰、螺母、B侧管路组成。 
根据与真空蝶阀连接管路的外径及定位销的直径，在真空蝶阀AB两侧划线，并打孔，各安装上四个定位销作为管路的定位导向装置，用螺栓和螺母将A侧活套法兰、A侧管路、A侧密封垫圈、真空蝶阀、B侧密封垫圈、B侧管路、B侧活套法兰压紧，从而实现真空法兰连接的导向定位。本实用新型的有益效果是： 
(1)能够给蝶阀、法兰及管路连接进行定位导向； 
(2)操作简单、方便

本实用新型的系统组成如图1所示：包括：A侧管路、A侧活套法兰、螺栓、A侧定位销、A侧密封垫圈、真空蝶阀、B侧密封垫圈、B侧定位销、B侧活套法兰、螺母、B侧管路。根据与真空蝶阀连接管路的外径及定位销的直径之和，在真空蝶阀AB两侧圆周划线，并均布打孔，孔径与定位销外径一致，采用过盈配合，在真空蝶阀AB两侧各安装上四个定位销；用这些定位销作为管路的定位导向装置，用螺栓和螺母将A侧活套法兰、A侧管路、A侧密封垫圈、真空蝶阀、B侧密封垫圈、B侧管路、B侧活套法兰压紧。
