本实用新型涉及一种匀脂压头。 
背景技术
滚动轴承在密封之前都需要加注一定量的润滑油脂，加注完油脂之后还需要对加注的油脂进行匀脂，即让匀脂头和轴承内圈进行接触使之与外圈相对运动，从而使得保持架内的油脂分布更加均匀。但是现有的匀脂头为尼龙材料，表面过于光滑，与内圈端面之间的摩擦力小，当注入的油脂比较粘稠时，由于匀脂头与内圈端面间的静摩擦力较小，内圈往往不能转动，从而影响匀脂效果。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括匀脂头和套接在匀脂头上的“O”型圈。该“O”型圈由橡胶材料制成。由于加装了“O”型圈，使用时“O”型圈的表面与轴承内圈端面接触，由于“O”型圈的橡胶材料与轴承内圈端面间的摩擦力大，使得内圈转动更加容易。当注入的油脂比较粘稠时，由于匀脂头与内圈端面间的静摩擦力较大，内圈照样转动，从而改善了匀脂效果。

具体实施方式
  下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。本实用新型包括匀脂头1和套接在匀脂头1上的“O”型圈2。由于加装了“O”型圈2，提高了匀脂头1与轴承内圈端面之间的摩擦力，改善了匀脂效果。该“O”型圈由橡胶制成。
