目前，在船用起重机当中，大部分的起升限位装置采用的是液压行程阀限位装置，该限位装置适合用于直臂式起重机中，在伸缩起重机中就不能实现起升限位功能，其使用具有局限性，给伸缩起重机带来了不便。

本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点，提供一种结构合理的船用起重机用起升限位装置，从而满足伸缩起重机上起升限位功能，使用灵活，工作可靠性好。

一种船用起重机用起升限位装置，包括基本臂，所述基本臂的一端设置有电磁卸荷阀，所述基本臂的另一端安装有滑车，所述滑车底部通过钢丝绳连接吊钩，所述滑车头部还安装有限位开关；位于基本臂中部安装有自动收线盒，自动收线盒的一端连接电磁卸荷阀，自动收线盒的另一端连接限位开关；位于吊钩顶部的钢丝绳上连接有重块，所述重块通过钢线与限位开关相连。

如图1所示，本实施例的船用起重机用起升限位装置，包括基本臂6，基本臂6的一端设置有电磁卸荷阀1，基本臂6的另一端安装有滑车7，滑车7底部通过钢丝绳连接吊钩5，滑车7头部还安装有限位开关3；位于基本臂6中部安装有自动收线盒2，自动收线盒2的一端连接电磁卸荷阀1，自动收线盒2的另一端连接限位开关3；位于吊钩5顶部的钢丝绳上连接有重块4，重块4通过钢线与限位开关3相连。
自动收线盒2通过钢线分别与电磁卸荷阀1和限位开关3连接。
实际使用过程中，当吊钩5上升触碰到重块4时，电磁卸荷阀1的电磁阀得电，开始卸荷保护。
