铅酸蓄电池的发展已有100多年的历史,蓄电池性能在各项技术指标上均得到较大的提升,铅酸蓄电池技术发展到今天,获得了极广泛的应用。近年来由于电动自行车及电动汽车的发展,对蓄电池极板的大电流性能以及电池的比能量提升均提出了更高的要求。目前铅酸蓄电池采用的板栅结构大多采用垂直筋条设计或纯粹的分散装设计,未根据板栅电位的分布特点而设计,影响电流在板栅中的传导效率,难以提高电池的大电流性能和比能量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有板栅结构的不合理之处,提供一种有效提高蓄电池大电流性能和比能量的铅酸蓄电池板栅结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,包括极耳、边框、纵、横向筋条,边框为矩形,极耳位于上边框,横向筋条平行于上、下边框,其改进之处是所述纵向筋条分为上、下两部分,上部分从极耳根部由近及远呈放射状分布,即该部分纵向筋条的上端向极耳根部倾斜,纵向筋条下部分与横向筋条相垂直。
所述纵、横向筋条截面呈菱形。
本实用新型根据计算机模拟的板栅电位的分布特点而设计,特别是对纵向筋条的分布结构作了实质性改进,有利于电流传导,纵横筋条截面也改为菱形结构。本实用新型所提供的电池板栅有效提高了电流在板栅中的传导效率,有效降低蓄电池的内阻,提高了电池大电流放电性能和比能量,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。

参见图1,本实用新型由极耳1、边框2、纵向筋条3、横向筋条4构成,边框为矩形,极耳位于上边框,横向筋条平行于上、下边框,纵向筋条3分为上、下两部分,上部分从极耳根部由近及远呈放射状分布,即该部分纵向筋条的上端向极耳根部倾斜,下端同左、右张开,纵向筋条下部分与横向筋条垂直。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,包括极耳、边框、纵、横向筋条,边框为矩形,极耳位于上边框,横向筋条平行于上、下边框,其特征是所述纵向筋条分为上、下两部分,上部分从极耳根部由近及远呈放射状分布,即该部分纵向筋条的上端向极耳根部倾斜,纵向筋条下部分与横向筋条相垂直。
