Abstract
本实用新型涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是提供一种支撑件,装设于液晶模组的边框内侧,用于所述液晶模组的液晶面板的支撑、以及光学膜片的压持,所述支撑件至少包括:设有侧板和凸台的支撑部;所述侧板设于所述边框内侧,所述凸台从所述侧板背向所述边框的第一侧面凸伸出,并插置于所述液晶面板及光学膜片之间;垫承部,形成于所述第一侧面和/或所述凸台表面,用于缓冲外力对所述液晶模组所造成的震动。本实用新型还提供包含有这种支撑件的液晶模组。通过对该支撑件结构的改进,并根据支撑部和垫承部所提供的功能不同而利用不同材质制作,能够提高液晶模组对外界震动的耐受性,保护液晶模组的质量。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是对液晶模组结构的改进。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,液晶显示器已成为当今主流的显示器。然而液晶模组又是液晶显示器的重要结构。其中,如图1所示,液晶模组包括边框1、导光板2、光学膜片3、液晶面板5;以及设置于边框1内侧、夹持在液晶面板5及光学膜片3之间的支撑件4。该支撑件4的材质通常为橡胶或乳胶或其弹性材料中的一种,用来压住导光板2和光学膜片3,同时也用来支撑液晶面板5。
这种支撑件结构简单、价格便宜,且组装方便。但是,随着支撑件使用一段时间后,支撑件容易发生变形,使得其对液晶面板的支撑力度下降,从而导致整个液晶模组得不到有效的固定。这样造成的后果是整个液晶模组在装配、运输过程中对于震动没有较好的耐受性,很容易遭到震动破坏。例如,震动可能导致液晶面板上的覆晶薄膜(ChiponFilm,COF)损坏,影响液晶模组的品质。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种支撑件,装设于液晶模组的边框内侧,用于所述液晶模组的液晶面板的支撑、以及光学膜片的压持,所述支撑件至少包括:
设有侧板和凸台的支撑部;所述侧板设于所述边框内侧,所述凸台从所述侧板背向所述边框的第一侧面凸伸出,并插置于所述液晶面板及光学膜片之间;
垫承部,形成于所述第一侧面和/或所述凸台表面,用于缓冲外力对所述液晶模组所造成的震动。
进一步地,所述支撑件呈L型,装设于所述边框的内角部。
进一步地,所述支撑部是由硬质材料制成的。
进一步地,所述支撑部是由塑料、亚克力、金属或合金制成的。
进一步地,所述垫承部是由弹性材料制成的。
进一步地,所述垫承部是由橡胶或乳胶制成的。
本实用新型还提供一种液晶模组,包括上下设置的液晶面板和光学膜片,以及用于承载所述液晶面板和光学膜片的边框;还包括具有上述结构的支撑件,可用于稳定液晶模组的结构。
有益效果:本实用新型的支撑件由支撑部和垫承部构成,通过对该支撑件结构的改进,并根据支撑部和垫承部所提供的功能不同而利用不同材质制作,能够提高液晶模组对外界震动的耐受性,保护液晶模组的质量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细介绍。
本实施例提供一种新型的支撑件以及包含这种支撑件的液晶模组,可提高液晶模组在安装、运输或使用过程中对外界震动的耐受能力。
如图2所示,本实施例的液晶模组包括,包括从下至上依次设置的导光板10、光学膜片20和液晶面板30,以及用于承载所述导光板10、光学膜片20和液晶面板30的边框40。该液晶模组还包括一支撑件50,其装设于所述液晶面板30、光学膜片20的边缘、紧贴于边框40内侧,用于支撑所述液晶面板30以及压持所述光学膜片20。
其中,所述支撑件50至少包括支撑部51和垫承部52,结合图3(a)所示。支撑部51设有侧板53和凸台54;所述侧板53贴于所述边框40内侧设置(结合图2所示),所述凸台54从所述侧板53背向所述边框40的第一侧面53a凸伸出,并插置于所述液晶面板30及光学膜片20之间。从支撑部51的纵向切面来看,侧板53和凸台54的构成呈T字型;这样液晶面板30能稳定限定于由第一侧面53a和凸台54上表面形成的区域内,而光学膜片20和导光板10则被压持于由第一侧面53a和凸台54下表面所形成的区域内。
垫承部形成于所述第一侧面或所述凸台表面上,用于缓冲外力对所述液晶面板或光学膜片、导光板所造成的震动。较佳的实施例方式是在第一侧面53a和凸台54上/下表面均设置垫承部52,如此一方面可以形成对液晶面板30的侧部及底部均匀承托,另一方面也可以对光学膜片20的顶部和侧部(甚至可以延及导光板10侧部)均匀施压,稳定压持光学膜片20。
其中,所述支撑件可以沿着整个边框内侧呈环状设置(图中未示出)。但为了节约空间及资源,也可以采用分件安装的方式,即将支撑件50设计为L型(参见图3(b)所示),仅需要紧贴着边框40的四个内角部装设即可(结合图2所示)。
进一步地,本实施例的支撑件50,其支撑部51材质选自非弹性形变的硬质材料,如塑料。另外,本领域技术人员可知,例如亚克力、金属或合金等,只要能使支撑部51具有稳定形状,防止支撑件50因形变而影响液晶模组的抗震动能力的材料均可以实现本实施例的技术效果。而垫承部52的材质选自具有弹性形变能力的材质,如橡胶或乳胶等,同样地,可以使得液晶模组在遇到外力冲击时,起到足够的缓冲作用,避免或减少外界震动对液晶模组的影响的材料也能应用到本实施例当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种支撑件(50),装设于液晶模组的边框(40)内侧,用于所述液晶模组的液晶面板(30)的支撑、以及光学膜片(20)的压持,其特征在于,所述支撑件(50)至少包括:
设有侧板(53)和凸台(54)的支撑部(51);所述侧板(53)设于所述边框(40)内侧,所述凸台(54)从所述侧板(53)背向所述边框(40)的第一侧面(53a)凸伸出,并插置于所述液晶面板(30)及光学膜片(20)之间;
垫承部(52),形成于所述第一侧面(53a)和/或所述凸台(54)表面,用于缓冲外力对所述液晶模组所造成的震动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑件(50),其特征在于,所述支撑件(50)呈L型,装设于所述边框(40)的内角部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的支撑件(50),其特征在于,所述支撑部(51)是由硬质材料制成的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的支撑件(50),其特征在于,所述支撑部(51)是由塑料、亚克力、金属或合金制成的。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的支撑件(50),其特征在于,所述垫承部(52)是由弹性材料制成的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的支撑件(50),其特征在于,所述垫承部(52)是由橡胶或乳胶制成的。
7.一种液晶模组,包括上下设置的液晶面板(30)和光学膜片(20),以及用于承载所述液晶面板(30)和光学膜片(20)的边框(40);其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1~6任一项所述的支撑件(50)。
