背景技术
油田在集输系统中逐步采用油气混输工艺,促进了我国多相流设备的研究,例如多相泵、多相节流阀等口。往复式油气混输泵是一种新型容积式多相泵,而出口单向锥阀是其最重要的过流部件,目前的单向锥阀效率较低,容易损坏,不利于生产的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单,效率高的单向锥阀。
本实用新型所述的一种单向锥阀,包括一中间设有通道的阀体,阀体通道内设有与之活动的阀芯,阀体一端设有进口阀板,阀芯套接在进口阀板内部,阀体的另一端设有升降器,升降器与阀芯之间通过弹簧相连。
本实用新型所述单向锥阀连接结构简单,实用性强。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述的单向锥阀,包括一中间设有通道的阀体1,阀体1通道内设有与之活动的阀芯2,阀体1一端设有进口阀板,阀芯2套接在进口阀板内部,阀体1的另一端设有升降器3,升降器3与阀芯2之间通过弹簧相连。液体流动时,从进口阀板处流入,通过绕过阀芯2通过通道流出,需要切断液体流动时,来控制升降器3,由升降器3带动阀芯2关闭液体通道即可。

1.一种单向锥阀,其特征在于:包括一中间设有通道的阀体(1),阀体(1)通道内设有与之活动的阀芯(2),阀体(1)一端设有进口阀板,阀芯(2)套接在进口阀板内部,阀体(1)的另一端设有升降器(3),升降器(3)与阀芯(2)之间通过弹簧相连。
