Abstract
本发明涉及一种止水阀结构,包括止水阀座,其特征是:所述止水阀座中设有安装腔,安装腔上分别设置与进水管道连接的进水孔和与出水管道连接的出水孔,进水孔位于安装腔的横向位置,出水孔位于安装腔的下方;在所述止水阀座的安装腔中设置止水元件,止水元件包括圆柱体、圆柱体上端的密封体和位于密封体上的弹簧固定柱,圆柱体的下端设置在出水孔中,在圆柱体的表面设置有螺旋形导水槽;在所述弹簧固定柱上套设弹簧,弹簧的一端顶住密封体的上表面,弹簧的另一端顶住安装腔的上端。本发明所述的止水阀结构通过改变现有技术中止水元件表面的导水槽结构,可以保证一定的进水速度,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种止水阀结构,尤其是一种用于过滤器上的止水阀结构,属于水处理设备技术领域。
背景技术
在目前用的过滤器或输水设施上常会使用到止水阀,现有的止水阀结构一般都是通过一个可以活动的止水元件,在不同的状态下使输水管道连通或阻断。目前常见的止水元件一般为圆柱体状,在止水阀处于打开状态时,水源通过止水元件与管路之间的导水槽流过。这种形式存在的缺点为,进水速度缓慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种止水阀结构,保证一定的进水速度,提高工作效率。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述止水阀结构,包括止水阀座,其特征是:所述止水阀座中设有安装腔,安装腔上分别设置与进水管道连接的进水孔和与出水管道连接的出水孔,进水孔位于安装腔的横向位置,出水孔位于安装腔的下方;在所述止水阀座的安装腔中设置止水元件,止水元件包括圆柱体、圆柱体上端的密封体和位于密封体上的弹簧固定柱,圆柱体的下端设置在出水孔中,在圆柱体的表面设置有螺旋形导水槽;在所述弹簧固定柱上套设弹簧,弹簧的一端顶住密封体的上表面,弹簧的另一端顶住安装腔的上端。
在所述出水孔的上端设置凹槽,该凹槽的尺寸与密封体的尺寸相配合,在凹槽中设置密封圈。
本发明所述的止水阀结构通过改变现有技术中止水元件表面的导水槽结构,可以保证一定的进水速度,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~图2所示:所述止水阀结构包括止水阀座1、安装腔2、进水孔3、出水孔4、止水元件5、圆柱体6、密封体7、弹簧固定柱8、导水槽9、弹簧10、凹槽11、密封圈12等。
如图1所示,本发明包括止水阀座1,止水阀座1中设有安装腔2,安装腔2上分别设置与进水管道连接的进水孔3和与出水管道连接的出水孔4,进水孔3位于安装腔2的横向位置,出水孔4位于安装腔2的下方;在所述止水阀座1的安装腔2中设置止水元件5,如图2所示,止水元件5包括圆柱体6、圆柱体6上端的密封体7和位于密封体7上的弹簧固定柱8,圆柱体6的下端设置在出水孔4中,在圆柱体6的表面设置有螺旋形导水槽9;在所述弹簧固定柱8上套设弹簧10,弹簧10的一端顶住密封体7的上表面,弹簧10的另一端顶住安装腔2的上端;
如图1所示,在所述出水孔4的上端设置凹槽11,该凹槽11的尺寸与密封体7的尺寸相配合,在凹槽11中设置密封圈12;当密封体7位于凹槽11中时,密封圈12可以起到密封作用,防止水由进水孔3进入出水孔4。
本发明的工作原理:在使用时,圆柱体6被往上推,从而水由进水孔3流入安装腔2,再经圆柱6表面的螺旋形导水槽9流入出水孔4,由出水孔4流入出水管道。当关闭止水阀时,圆柱体6下端施加的力去除,此时,原本受到压缩的弹簧10产生张力,推动圆柱体6往出水孔4方向移动,使密封体7容置于凹槽11内,从而将出水孔4封闭,以避免水由进水孔3流入出水孔4,起到止水的效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种止水阀结构,包括止水阀座(1),所述止水阀座(1)中设有安装腔(2),安装腔(2)上分别设置与进水管道连接的进水孔(3)和与出水管道连接的出水孔(4),进水孔(3)位于安装腔(2)的横向位置,出水孔(4)位于安装腔(2)的下方;在所述止水阀座(1)的安装腔(2)中设置止水元件(5),止水元件(5)包括圆柱体(6)、圆柱体(6)上端的密封体(7)和位于密封体(7)上的弹簧固定柱(8),在所述弹簧固定柱(8)上套设弹簧(10),弹簧(10)的一端顶住密封体(7)的上表面,弹簧(10)的另一端顶住安装腔(2)的上端;其特征是:圆柱体(6)的下端设置在出水孔(4)中,在圆柱体(6)的表面设置有螺旋形导水槽(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的止水阀结构,其特征是:在所述出水孔(4)的上端设置凹槽(11),该凹槽(11)的尺寸与密封体(7)的尺寸相配合,在凹槽(11)中设置密封圈(12)。
