发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、耐磨耐高温性能好的耐磨磨盘衬板。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案:一种耐磨磨盘衬板,包括衬板体,其特征在于,衬板体上面堆焊接二层高锰奥氏体钢及多层耐磨耐高温合金,衬板体材料为ZG20MnSi。 耐磨耐高温合金最好为Cr-Mo-V-W系合金。
本实用新型1.结构简单。2.衬板体材料为ZG20MnSi,韧性好不易开裂。3.在衬板体与耐磨合金层之间增加堆焊接二层高锰奥氏体钢(主要化学成份为Cr-Mn),其特点在于①具有可焊性②优良的结合性③当受到外力冲击时,会产生加工硬化,增加耐磨层厚度。4.Cr-Mo-V-W系合金耐磨性能好,焊后硬度达HRc60-64,使用寿命是原高铬铸铁材料1.3~1.5倍。
本实用新型结构简单、耐磨耐高温性能好。
