伸缩装置是桥梁的重要组成部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到桥梁伸缩性能的可靠、车辆运营的安全。伸缩装置一旦损坏,一是交通中断,构成安全事故隐患,二是造成桥梁下部结构的腐蚀。目前桥梁伸缩装置存在以下缺陷:其一,结构复杂,生产、安装和维护困难,使用寿命短;其二,在受到外力时,各个中梁之间及中梁与边梁之间的距离不相等,造成车辆颠簸,严重时造成伸缩装置损坏。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案为:包括中梁、边梁、支撑横梁、位移箱和橡胶密封条,在所述支撑横梁端部与位移箱之间分别设置有承压支座和压紧支座,每根所述中梁分别对应一根支撑横梁并与该支撑横梁固定,在相邻支撑横梁之间设置有横板,在所述相邻横板间设置有位移控制弹簧。

如图1和图2所示,为模数式桥梁伸缩装置的结构示意图。其结构包括中梁1、边梁2、支撑横梁3、位移箱4和橡胶密封条5,在支撑横梁3的端部与位移箱4之间分别设置有承压支座6和压紧支座7,每根中梁1分别对应一根支撑横梁3并与该支撑横梁3固定,在相邻支撑横梁3之间设置有横板8,在相邻横板8间设置有位移控制弹簧9,多组位移控制弹簧9控制位移,位移控制弹簧分布在横梁的两侧,弹簧主要承受单向压力或拉力,受力简单,动作可靠,自由伸缩时缝宽控制均匀,反应灵敏,能可靠的保证缝宽均匀性,而且压缩弹簧的初始预压力可消除支座和横梁的摩擦力,保证伸缩时中梁能随时位移,耐磨、抗滑、防水、抗老化性能好,车辆荷载下振动和噪声小,桥面平顺,行驶舒适性好,使用寿命长。
中梁1和支撑横梁3之间采用全渗透焊接,改善中梁与支承梁及型钢对接的性能,提高中梁与支承梁的抗疲劳强度,使型钢对接更牢固,延长伸缩装置的使用寿命。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例,只要结构与本实用新型模数式桥梁伸缩装置结构相同,就落在本实用新型保护的范围。
