本实用新型涉及一种废塑料炼油密封进料装置，它由螺旋推进器和驱动电机组成。驱动电机与螺旋推进器中心的一整根旋转轴连接，带动旋转轴旋转。螺旋推进器分成前段、中段、后段三个区域。在前段内，旋转轴上安有前螺旋叶片；在后段内，旋转轴上安有后螺旋叶片；而中段内只有光杆的旋转轴，形成了无叶片区域。本实用新型不用另外添加密封设备，就可以在螺旋推进器中实现密封，从而在密封情况下实现连续进料。在连续进料的同时，又可靠地保证了设备的密封性，从而实现规模化生产。本实用新型设备简单、加工和维修方便快捷，节约原料和人工，生产效率高。

本实用新型涉及一种废塑料炼油生产的必备装置，具体是一种废塑料炼油的密封进料装置。 
背景技术
目前，废塑料炼油设备都是间歇性的生产设备，工作效率较低。之所以不能实现连续生产的原因之一，是不能在密封的情况下进料。 
发明内容
为了克服现有炼油设备不能在密封情况下进料的问题，本技术提供一种设备，该设备不仅能连续进料，而且能保证设备进料时的密封。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是： 
废塑料炼油密封进料装置，由螺旋推进器和驱动电机组成。驱动电机与螺旋推进器中心的一整根旋转轴连接，带动旋转轴旋转。螺旋推进器分成前段、中段、后段三个区域。在前段内，旋转轴上安有前螺旋叶片；在后段内，旋转轴上安有后螺旋叶片；而中段内只有光杆的旋转轴，形成了无叶片区域。 
在前段的前上方设有进料口，在后段的后下方设有出料口。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，不用另外添加密封设备，就可以在螺旋推进器中实现密封，从而在密封情况下实现连续进料。在连续进料的同时，又可靠地保证了设备的密封性，从而实现规模化生产。本实用新型设备简单、加工和维修方便快捷，节约原料和人工，生产效率高。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型是一种废塑料炼油密封进料装置，由螺旋推进器1和驱动电机2组成。驱动电机2与螺旋推进器1中心的一整根旋转轴3连接，带动旋转轴3旋转。螺旋推进器1分成前段1.1、中段1.3、后段1.2三个区域。在前段1.1内，旋转轴3上安有前螺旋叶片4；在后段1.2内，旋转轴3上安有后螺旋叶片5；而中段1.3内只有光杆的旋转轴3，形成了无叶片区域。在前段1.1的前上方设有进料口6，在后段1.2的后下方设有出料口7。当废塑料从进料口6进料到螺旋推进器1中，由前螺旋叶片4向后旋转推进，由于中段1.3内没有叶片，废塑料会在这部分压实形成隔离带，从而起到密封的作用。中间的废塑料再逐层由后螺旋叶片5带到出料口7出料。

1.一种废塑料炼油密封进料装置，由螺旋推进器(1)和驱动电机(2)组成；驱动电机(2)与螺旋推进器(1)中心的一整根旋转轴(3)连接，带动旋转轴(3)旋转；其特征在于：螺旋推进器(1)分成前段(1.1)、中段(1.3)、后段(1.2)三个区域；在前段(1.1)内，旋转轴(3)上安有前螺旋叶片(4)；在后段(1.2)内，旋转轴(3)上安有后螺旋叶片(5)；而中段(1.3)内只有光杆的旋转轴(3)，形成了无叶片区域。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的废塑料炼油密封进料装置，其特征在于：在前段(1.1)的前上方设有进料口(6)，在后段(1.2)的后下方设有出料口(7)。
