本实用新型涉及汽车或高温(170℃以下)作业的减震领域,尤其涉及一种热熔胶。
背景技术
目前,现有的热熔胶阻尼性能不佳,且在170℃的高温时会出现流动状态,可使其粘附在胶体上下两层材质分离,导致产品缺陷,而现有的汽车,如丰田产品使用的高阻尼性热熔胶为日本进口,成本太高,这就亟需一种既能提高阻尼性能,又能降低成本的热熔胶。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种热熔胶,它阻尼性高,流动性低,既提高了效率又降低了成本,且绿色环保。
本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种热熔胶,它是由刚性层、热熔胶层和粘结层组成,热熔胶层的上表面为刚性层,下表面为粘接层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:高阻尼,低流动性的热熔胶材料,提高效率,降低成本,不产生烟雾和刺激气味,绿色环保。
