技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种清洗装置，尤其涉及一种用于测试PCB用感光湿膜的覆铜板的快速清洗装置。
背景技术
在生产PCB(印刷线路板)用感光湿膜后，需要对PCB用感光湿膜进行性能测试，其测试方法就是将PCB用感光湿膜涂覆在覆铜板上，然后用碳酸钠溶液进行喷淋，通过测试显影时间来检测PCB用感光湿膜的性能，目前在将PCB用感光湿膜涂覆在覆铜板前，由于在覆铜板表面上有氧化层或污物在上面，其需要对覆铜板表面进行清洗，目前都是通过人工直接进行清洗，其劳动强度较大，清洗的工作效率不高。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种提高测试用覆铜板的清洗工作效率的测试用覆铜板的快速清洗装置。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种测试用覆铜板的快速清洗装置，其特征在于它包括机体、喷淋管、刷辊、金属网输送带、转辊、压辊、清洗罩和吸水海绵辊；在刷辊表面包覆有一层金属丝；在吸水海绵辊表面包覆有一层吸水海绵；金属网输送带通过转辊安装在机体上，在金属网输送带两端上侧各安装一压辊，清洗罩设置在金属网输送带上方，在金属网输送带正上方的清洗罩内设置若干个喷淋管，在喷淋管下侧且靠近金属网输送带的上方设置有若干刷辊；在金属网输送带后侧设置有若干对吸水海绵辊。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是，通过金属网输送带将测试用覆铜板输入到清洗罩内，喷淋管一边对测试用覆铜板进行喷淋清洗，一边由若干刷辊对测试用覆铜板表面进行洗刷，然后通过吸水海绵辊将测试用覆铜板表面的积水吸附掉，由此提高了测试用覆铜板的清洗工作效率。

 如图1所示，一种测试用覆铜板的快速清洗装置，其特征在于它包括机体1、喷淋管2、刷辊3、金属网输送带4、转辊5、压辊6、清洗罩7和吸水海绵辊8；在刷辊3表面包覆有一层金属丝3.1；在吸水海绵辊8表面包覆有一层吸水海绵8.1；金属网输送带4通过转辊5安装在机体1上，在金属网输送带4两端上侧各安装一压辊6，清洗罩7设置在金属网输送带4上方，在金属网输送带4正上方的清洗罩7内设置若干个喷淋管2，在喷淋管2下侧且靠近金属网输送带4的上方设置有若干刷辊3；在金属网输送带4后侧设置有若干对吸水海绵辊8。
