本实用新型涉及机电领域,尤其涉及一种减速电机,具体是指一种电动车用交流减速电机。
背景技术
目前在电动汽车领域其所用的电机通常为电机加涡轮减速箱的组合或电机加偏心减速箱的组合,其体积较大,传动效率较低;为降低驱动电机的体积,也有人采用行星减速电机作为驱动动力,但是由于电机部分和减速箱部分具有分别生产和组装的,工序较多,对于减小电机的体积方面,效果非常有限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的体积小、传动效率高的电动车用交流减速电机。
本实用新型的技术方案是,提供了一种包括交流电机和行星减速机,所述的交流电机设有前端盖和电机输出轴,所述的行星减速机包括太阳轮、内齿圈、设在行星架上的行星轮和连接盖,所述的前端盖、内齿圈和连接盖为一体式结构,所述的太阳轮与电机输出轴为一体式结构。
作为优选,所述的行星轮的数量为至少三个。
作为优选,所述的行星轮的数量为四个。
采用上述方案后,首先太阳轮与电机轴为一体,可显著提高减速电机的装配精度;其次,电机的前盖与内齿圈为一体,可进一步减小电机的体积;再者,普通行星齿轮减速是一级太阳轮是独立的,他要与电机轴联接,另外内齿圈也是独立的,它要通过联接盖与电机的前端盖联接,本实用新型为前盖、联接盖、内齿圈为一体,省去了两处联接,进一步缩小了电机的体积,可大大提高减速电机的装配精度,降低了摩擦损耗,提高了电机的传动效率。

在上述实施例中,仅对交流电机的主要结构进行了表述,在具体实施时,所述的交流电机还配设有控制器1.3和传感器1.4,因其为现有技术且与本发明要解决的技术问题没有直接关系,故而对这部分的具体结构不再赘述。
以上结合附图对本实用新型的最佳具体实施方式作了说明,但这些说明不能被理解为限制了本实用新型的范围,很显然,在本实用新型的构思下,仍可做出很多变化,如所述的行星轮的数量还可为四个或更多等,特别此说明的是,任何在本实用新型的发明构思下所做出的任何改动都将落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种电动车用交流减速电机,包括交流电机(1)和行星减速机(2),其特征在于:所述的交流电机(1)设有前端盖(1.1)和电机输出轴(1.2),所述的行星减速机(2)包括太阳轮(2.1)、内齿圈(2.2)、设在行星架上的行星轮(2.3)和连接盖(2.4),所述的前端盖(1.1)、内齿圈(2.2)和连接盖(2.4)为一体式结构,所述的太阳轮(2.1)与电机输出轴(1.2)为一体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车用交流减速电机,其特征在于:所述的行星轮(2.3)的数量为至少三个。
