本实用新型属于石油化工、节能设备技术领域,特别涉及一种低压降水封罐。 
背景技术
石油催化裂化装置烟气轮机考虑故障时从系统切出来检修,烟气轮机与系统的隔离通常采用水封罐。节能领域的余热锅炉故障时从系统切出来检修,余热锅炉与系统的隔离通常也采用水封罐。目前采用的水封罐均是套管结构,即将1段管插入1段直经更大的管中,外套管上端、下端封闭,侧面上部开口(通常为气体出口),内管上端敞口(通常为气体进口)、下端也是敞口并与外管下端密封板间预留流道空间。启用时向设备内部充水,水面淹没内管下端管口形成水封隔离气体进口和气体出口。不启用时水封罐只是气体通道,压降越小越好。套管结构水封罐气体从内管上端管口进入,从下端管口排出,然后翻转180度进入夹套再向上流道,最后从夹套侧面气体出口排出。存在数次流道截面大幅度变化和流动方向剧烈改变,尤其是夹套侧面排出气体压降较大,影响烟气轮机回收功率或主风机耗能。因此迫切需要一种低压降水封罐。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的提供一种低压降水封罐,明显降低水封罐压降,降低主风机能量消耗或提高烟气轮机回收功率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括壳体、进口、出口、小水封、进水口、排水口,其特征是:水封罐采用上进口侧出口结构,壳体扩大直径并在内部设置隔离板。 
进一步,水封罐上进口与工艺设备连接,侧出口与流程管道连接;水封罐侧面设有进水口、小水封,底部设有排水口。 
进一步,隔离板两侧边与水封罐壳体焊接连接,上边与侧出口上方水封罐壳体焊接连接,底边与水封罐底部壳体留有空间。 
进一步,小水封包括内管、外套管、给水口、溢流口、排水口。

本实用新型创新点是:水封罐采用上进口侧出口结构,壳体扩大直径并在内部设置隔离板,隔离板两侧边与水封罐壳体焊接连接,上边与侧出口上方水封罐壳体焊接,底边与水封罐壳体底部留有空间。 
本实用新型积极效果是:1、该设备避免了常规水封罐环型空间一侧出口结构的弊端,具 有结构紧凑、压降小,可降低主风机耗能或提高烟气轮机回收功率。2、适用于现有水封罐改造,现有水封罐壳体不动,只改造内部构件即可完成。

具体实施方式
见图1,壳体7的上部与上进口1连接,侧面与侧出口3及小水封5连接,壳体7内部设有隔离板8,隔离板8两侧边与壳体7焊接连接,上边与侧出口3上方壳体7焊接,底边与壳体7底部留有空间。 
参见图1,装置正常操作,进水口2、排水口6、小水封5的阀门处于关闭状态,烟气从上进口1进入经隔离板8导流向下流动,在底部翻转向上流动从侧出口3流出。烟气轮机或余热锅炉故障需要检修时,先关闭主流程碟阀,待水封罐温度降到150℃以下后由进水口2向水封罐7内加水,小水封5的溢流管出水后停止加水,可打开烟气轮机或余热锅炉进行检修。

1.一种低压降水封罐,包括壳体、进口、出口、小水封、进水口、排水口,其特征是:水封罐采用上进口侧出口结构,壳体扩大直径并在内部设置隔离板。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的水封罐,其特征是:水封罐上进口与工艺设备连接,侧出口与流程管道连接;水封罐侧面设有进水口、小水封,底部设有排水口。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的水封罐,其特征是:隔离板两侧边与水封罐壳体焊接连接,上边与侧出口上方水封罐壳体焊接连接,底边与水封罐底部壳体留有空间。 
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水封罐,其特征是:小水封包括内管、外套管、给水口、溢流口、排水口。
