本实用新型涉及异型材技术领域，尤其是一种挤出牵引辅助装置。
背景技术
目前，异型材大都采用挤出工艺，聚合物从挤出机挤出以后，经过牵引装置将异型材牵引出来，在牵引过程中由于牵引不稳定或是由于原料问题容易造成异型材发生单方向的弯曲，造成产品质量不合格。通过本装置对刚从模具中出来的异型材进行校正可以提高产品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理实用，校正效率高的一种挤出牵引辅助装置，其技术方案为：施力部件上设有受力接触部件，用螺母把接触装置固定在施力部件的一端，弹簧一端连接接触装置，另一端连接施力部件的一端。受力接触部件设有多个。
本实用新型设计合理实用、通过二次辅助，实现对异型材的不利弯曲在一定程度上进行弯曲矫正。降低了产品成本，提高了产品质量，适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种挤出牵引辅助装置，主要由施力部件1、受力接触部件2、接触装置3、螺母4和弹簧5构成；施力部件1上设有受力接触部件2，用螺母4把接触装置3固定在施力部件1的一端，弹簧5一端连接接触装置3，另一端连接施力部件1的一端。
本实用新型施力部件1为固定在冷却水槽内部的主要施力部件，受力接触部件2为异型材受力接触部件。接触装置3的位置可以通过调整螺母4来进行调整，多个结构受力接触部件2可以对异型材在一定程度上进行挤压从而使异型材的不利弯曲进行调整。为了防止对异型材造成磨损，接触装置3可设计为滑轮结构或罩C表面用柔软物质进行包覆。
本实用新型硬质高分子挤出型材在冷却装置内部添加物理矫正，加上此装置后产品的质量能够大幅度增加，操作简单，减少对牵引装置的依赖性。

1.一种挤出牵引辅助装置，其特征在于：施力部件（1）上设有受力接触部件（2），用螺母（4）把接触装置（3）固定在施力部件（1）的一端，弹簧（5）一端连接接触装置（3），另一端连接施力部件（1）的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤出牵引辅助装置，其特征在于：所述受力接触部件（2）设有多个。
