Description
技术领域：
本实用新型属于管形母线技术领域，具体涉及一种内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线。
背景技术：
已有的管形母线大多是表面光滑的圆铜管，并且随着输送电压电流等级的增大管形母线的直径也随之增大，不但增加制造成本和工程造价，而且在大跨度时会下垂弯曲，导致母线连接处产生变形和接触不良而引起过热过电压，造成事故。所以现有的管形母线基本受限在35KV电压等级以内使用。为此本申请人申请了“内圆异形管状管形母线(CN203520902U)”实用新型专利，提高了母线的刚度，保证母线连接处基本不变形和接触良好。但近年来，由于铜资源的短缺和消费快速增长的矛盾，致使铜价在全球范围内出现了前所未有的暴涨。从资源角度分析，未来铜价仍将持续上升，铜材持续的高价，使以铜材为原料的管形母线的成本迅速上升，产品市场竞争力受到了严重制约。
发明内容：
本实用新型解决的技术问题：设计一种内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，在“内圆异形管状管形母线(CN203520902U)”实用新型专利的基础上，采用铜铝复合结构，降低铜材的用量，进而降低产品的成本，提高产品的市场竞争力。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：一种内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，所述管形母线的外层为铜层，内层为铝或铝合金层，且铜层的内圆面与铝或铝合金层的外圆面复合在一起；所述铝或铝合金层的内圆面上沿轴向具有均匀排列的通长凸筋。
所述凸筋的数量至少为2条，且在截面上呈对称排列。
所述凸筋的数量优选为6条。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点和效果：采用铜铝复合结构，降低铜材的用量，进而降低产品的成本，提高产品的市场竞争力。

结合附图1描述本实用新型的一种实施例。
一种内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，外层为铜层1，内层为铝或铝合金层2，且铜层1的内圆面与铝或铝合金层2的外圆面复合在一起；所述铝或铝合金层2的内圆面上沿轴向具有均匀排列的6条通长凸筋3，且所述凸筋3在截面上呈对称排列。
本实用新型具有“内圆异形管状管形母线(CN203520902U)”实用新型专利的所有优点和效果，且采用铜铝复合结构，降低铜材的用量，进而降低产品的成本，提高产品的市场竞争力。

1.一种内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，其特征是：所述管形母线的外层为铜层(1)，内层为铝或铝合金层(2)，且铜层(1)的内圆面与铝或铝合金层(2)的外圆面复合在一起；所述铝或铝合金层(2)的内圆面上沿轴向具有均匀排列的通长凸筋(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，其特征是：所述凸筋(3)的数量至少为2条，且在截面上呈对称排列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内圆异形铜铝复合管状管形母线，其特征是：所述凸筋(3)的数量优选为6条。
