本实用新型公开了一种具有钢板的新型砂芯，包括位于中部的钢板，和所述钢板四周的砂芯圈，所述钢板围成密封的框架，框架内充满树脂砂，框架上设置吊环，所述框架的宽度为50-100cm。本实用新型的具有钢板的新型砂芯结构简单，制作方便，在制造铸件时能够大量节省用砂，和其他辅助材料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及砂芯领域，具体是一种具有钢板的新型砂芯。
背景技术
现有的砂型全部用砂固化粘结而成，这样材料耗费巨大，如图2所示，24寸蝶阀在原始铸造工艺中，每次砂芯5需要用砂约212kg，树脂约3.4kg，固化剂0.85kg。每次每个砂芯只能做一个铸件6，浇注完成后，砂芯要整体破碎，取出铸件，这样做既不经济又不环保。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有钢板的新型砂芯，包括位于中部的钢板，和所述钢板四周的砂芯圈，所述钢板围成密封的框架，框架内充满树脂砂，框架上设置吊环。
进一步的，所述框架的宽度为50-100cm。
本实用新型的具有钢板的新型砂芯结构简单，制作方便，在制造铸件时能够大量节省用砂，和其他辅助材料。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型的具有钢板的新型砂芯，包括位于中部的钢板1，和钢板1四周的砂芯圈2，所述钢板1围成密封的框架，框架内充满树脂砂3，框架上设置吊环4。框架的宽度为50-100cm。
每次造型时，可以节省大量的材料，比如24寸蝶阀，砂芯圈只需要用砂约98kg，每件产品节约砂114kg，树脂约2kg，固化剂0.5kg。极大的降低了成本及能耗。

1.一种具有钢板的新型砂芯，包括位于中部的钢板（1），和所述钢板（1）四周的砂芯圈（2），其特征在于：所述钢板（1）围成密封的框架，框架内充满树脂砂（3），框架上设置吊环（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有钢板的新型砂芯，其特征在于：所述框架的宽度为50-100cm。
