背景技术
在生产玻璃窑用电熔砖时,采用的是补缺造型的方法,这样就对一些异型砖材,在造型时不可避免的出现大砂芯,对最终的产品质量造成很大的影响。由于造型出大砂芯,而使用的辅料大大增加,与相关的工时、干燥时长等也相应的增加,致使砂型制造成本居高不下,另外由于存在大砂芯,而导致产品四周的砂板厚度不一致,因此造成散热速度不一致,违背了均衡散热的条件,最终产品内在的应力等不能完全释放,会表现出各种外观缺陷。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是刚玉砖砂模四周的砂板厚度不一致,会表现出各种外观缺陷,提供一种刚玉砖砂模。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种异型砖砂模,包括底部砂板、顶部砂板和四周砂板,所述四周砂板的厚度一致,厚度为5-6 cm。
所述四周砂板为树脂砂板。

具体实施方式
一种异型砖砂模,包括底部砂板、顶部砂板和四周砂板,传统生产异型砖材时,使用图1所示的砂模,采用的是补缺造型的方法,会不可避免的出现大砂芯1,不仅使用的辅料大大增加,而且由于四周砂板厚度不一致,造成散热速度不一致,会造成异型砖的外观缺陷,本实用新型的异型砖砂模如图2所示,四周砂板2的厚度一致,厚度为5 cm或6 cm,不仅散热好,而且达到均衡散热,四周砂板为树脂砂板。
