背景技术
产品汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条(型号LAVIDA齿条7069052184)在连杆装配时安装角度及顺畅度有一定要求。原来用台阶式过度装配，孔口倒角不大，且因为台阶短(只有3±0.2mm)的缘故，螺纹受力变大，同时导致人工或自动化装配时对设备凋整要求高，对工人及操作熟练程度等要求比较高，装配效率不高，浪费时间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的，就是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，提供一种汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条，包括齿条本体，齿条本体两端分别设有用于与连杆装配连接的轴向孔，所述轴向孔为缩径台阶孔，其第一段为圆孔，第二段为螺纹孔，圆孔的深度为8±0.2mm，并且设有V形扩口。
两端的轴向孔镜像相同。
本实用新型的汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条由于采用了以上技术方案，简化了孔口形状，减少了装夹时间，提高了安装效率，可降低螺纹负载，有效保护螺纹。

1.一种汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条，包括齿条本体，齿条本体两端分别设有用于与连杆装配连接的轴向孔，其特征在于：所述轴向孔为缩径台阶孔，其第一段为圆孔，第二段为螺纹孔，圆孔的深度为8±0.2mm，并且设有V形扩口。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车转向器LAVIDA齿条，其特征在于：两端的轴向孔镜像相同。
