Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种吹塑模具及由其制成的吹塑制品,前者包括两个半模,半模在与吹塑制品的需要形成粘胶加强结构的部位相对应的位置处开设有贯穿半模壁体的滑道,其还包括与滑道滑动配合的用于对注入的中空型坯施加挤压力以使制成的吹塑制品在被挤压处形成内、外壁粘合在一起的粘胶加强结构的顶块和带动顶块滑动的驱动装置,顶块的伸入半模内的内端的表面轮廓与半模的为形成所述滑道而去除的部分的表面轮廓一致。本实用新型通过对现有吹塑模具进行改良设计,即可根据需求在吹塑制品的局部位置形成内、外壁闭合的粘胶加强结构,使吹塑制品在粘胶加强结构处具有较高的强度,不会因进行跌落测试和使用而使例如是拐角位置的主要受力部位凹进去。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吹塑模具及相对应的吹塑制品。
背景技术
吹塑也称中空吹塑,挤出吹塑工艺通常包括如下步骤:1、挤出中空塑料管,形成型坯;2、在型胚上将瓣合模具闭合,夹紧模具并切断型胚;3、向模腔的冷壁吹胀型坯,调整开口并在冷却期间保持一定的压力,打开模具,卸下被吹的制品;4、修整飞边得到最终的吹塑制品。广为人知的吹塑制品有瓶、桶、罐、箱以及用于包装食品、饮料、化妆品、药品和日用品的容器等,例如是工具箱等的吹塑制品在出厂之前需要对各个边角做跌落测试,由于吹塑制品在各处均为中空结构,因此,进行跌落测试后会使拐角位置凹进去,此处边角的内外壁靠的太近会导致不成效或因工艺原因偏薄,影响吹塑制品的使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种可对例如是边角处的某些部位形成为内、外壁闭合的粘胶加强结构的吹塑制品进行吹塑成型的吹塑模具。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种吹塑模具,包括两个半模,所述半模在与吹塑制品的需要形成粘胶加强结构的部位相对应的位置处开设有贯穿半模壁体的滑道,所述吹塑模具还包括与滑道滑动配合的用于对注入的中空型坯施加挤压力以使制成的吹塑制品在被挤压处形成内、外壁粘合在一起的粘胶加强结构的顶块和带动顶块沿滑道滑动的驱动装置,所述顶块的伸入半模内的内端的表面轮廓与半模的为形成所述滑道而去除的部分的表面轮廓一致。
优选的是,所述吹塑模具为工具箱吹塑模具,所述工具箱吹塑模具的与工具箱的内腔相对应的半模在与工具箱的至少一个拐角相对应的位置处开设有所述滑道。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种与上述吹塑模具相对应的吹塑制品。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:由上述吹塑模具制成的吹塑制品,其内、外壁在与顶块相对位的位置处沿顶块的滑动方向粘合在一起,形成局部闭合的粘胶加强结构。
优选的是,所述吹塑模具为工具箱吹塑模具,所述工具箱吹塑模具的与工具箱的内腔相对应的半模在与工具箱的至少一个拐角相对应的位置处开设有滑道;所述工具箱在与各顶块相对位的拐角处形成所述粘胶加强结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型通过对现有吹塑模具进行改良设计,即可根据需求在吹塑制品的局部位置形成内、外壁闭合的粘胶加强结构,使吹塑制品在粘胶加强结构处具有较高的强度,不会因进行跌落测试和使用而使例如是拐角位置的主要受力部位凹进去。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1、2a至2c示出了用于吹塑工具箱的工具箱吹塑模具1,其包括两个半模11、 12,并在与工具箱的内腔相对应的半模11上设置有贯穿半模11壁体的滑道111,该工具箱吹塑模具还包括与滑道111滑动配合的顶块32和带动顶块32沿滑道111滑动以施加挤压力的驱动装置31,该驱动装置31例如是油缸等液压驱动装置,该驱动装置31可在吹塑机的控制系统的控制下对注入工具箱吹塑模具内的中空型坯施加挤压力以使最终成型的工具箱在被挤压处形成内、外壁粘合在一起的粘胶加强结构。由此可见,滑道111的位置及倾斜方向要根据吹塑制品需要形成粘胶加强结构的位置设计,本领域技术人员可以根据最终需求对现有的各种吹塑模具按照上述结构进行改良。由于不能改变吹塑制品的最终成型的轮廓形状,因此,该顶块32的伸入半模11内的内端的表面轮廓要与半模11的为形成所述滑道111而去除的部分的表面轮廓基本一致。在操作时,驱动装置31带动顶块32将具有粘性的型坯的壁体在特定位置粘合在一起,该操作可与吹胀同时进行,在冷却后即可成型。
根据图1、2a至2c所示的工具箱吹塑模具1,半模11上设置有与工具箱2的至少一个拐角处21相对应的滑道,即该滑道的倾斜方向与工具箱2在拐角21处的内、外壁之间的连线的方向一致。其中,所有附图中代表工具箱2的剖面线并不表示工具箱在该剖面处是实心结构,该剖面线只是为了清晰地显示工具箱2在该剖面处的轮廓形状,附图中只有拐角21处是如剖面线所示为实心或者称闭合结构。
由上述工具箱吹塑模具1制成的工具箱2如图3至5所示,工具箱2在与顶块32相对位的拐角21处形成所需要的粘胶加强结构。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施范围,但凡在本实用新型的保护范围内所做的等效变化及修饰,皆应认为落入了本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种吹塑模具,包括两个半模,其特征在于:所述半模在与吹塑制品的需要形成粘胶加强结构的部位相对应的位置处开设有贯穿半模壁体的滑道,所述吹塑模具还包括与滑道滑动配合的用于对注入的中空型坯施加挤压力以使制成的吹塑制品在被挤压处形成内、外壁粘合在一起的粘胶加强结构的顶块和带动顶块沿滑道滑动的驱动装置,所述顶块的伸入半模内的内端的表面轮廓与半模的为形成所述滑道而去除的部分的表面轮廓一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹塑模具,其特征在于:所述吹塑模具为工具箱吹塑模具,所述工具箱吹塑模具的与工具箱的内腔相对应的半模在与工具箱的至少一个拐角相对应的位置处开设有所述滑道。
3.一种由权利要求1所述的吹塑模具制成的吹塑制品,其特征在于:所述吹塑制品的内、外壁在与顶块相对位的位置处沿顶块的滑动方向粘合在一起,形成局部闭合的粘胶加强结构。
4.一种由权利要求2所述的吹塑模具制成的吹塑制品,其特征在于:所述工具箱在与各顶块相对位的拐角处形成所述粘胶加强结构。
