中小型轴承套圈上下料装置是轴承磨床上下料技术，其结构关系是：上料道固定在面板的一端，右可调料道、左可调料道分别固定在面板的两侧，上固定料道固定在面板的中间，油缸固定在面板的中间；下料道固定在面板的另一端，下固定料道位于下料道的上边，并固定在面板上；连接板一端与油缸相连，另一端连接机械手，连接板两侧有导轨支承，挡块固定在机械手上，分料指固定在机械手上；上固定料道、下固定料道是根据套圈设计的工装件，在面板上可快速更换，机械手是根据套圈设计的工装件，分料指的长度根据套圈外径大小设计，分料指和机械手组合，共用一个油缸，将上下料和分料融为一体。

 技术领域：本实用新型涉及轴承磨床上下料技术，尤其是中小型轴承套圈上下料装
置。
 背景技术：目前轴承磨床上下料时间较长，延长了工件的加工节拍，在磨削速度不能显著提高的环境下，只能减少非加工时间来提高效率，尤其是上下料时间迫切需要减少。
      发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种可靠性强、快速的中小型轴承套圈上下料装置，它克服了其它技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由上料道、右可调料道、左可调料道、上固定料道、油缸、连接板、机械手、挡块、分料指、下固定料道、面板、下料道连接而成，上料道固定在面板的一端，右可调料道、左可调料道分别固定在面板的两侧，上固定料道固定在面板的中间，油缸固定在面板的中间；下料道固定在面板的另一端，下固定料道位于下料道的上边，并固定在面板上；连接板一端与油缸相连，另一端连接机械手，连接板两侧有导轨支承，挡块固定在机械手上，分料指固定在机械手上。上固定料道、下固定料道是根据套圈设计的工装件，在面板上可快速更换，机械手是根据套圈设计的工装件，分料指的长度根据套圈外径大小设计，分料指和机械手组合，共用一个油缸，将上下料和分料融为一体。
本实用新型的应用方法：本上下料机构由一个油缸驱动，油缸带动机械手及分料指做伸出和缩回动作，油缸的伸出带动机械手将工件送至加工位置，同时机械手挡住下一工件，分料指放行上一工件，加工完成后，油缸缩回，机械手连同分料指一起随油缸回缩，工件下料，分料指暂时将下料工件挡在下固定料道中，上固定料道中的工件进入机械手中，被前一工件挡在机械手中，被前一工件挡在机械手中的工件又挡住机械手上面的工件不能下落，这时，油缸伸出，循环上一上料动作。当加工工件换型时，更换上固定料道和下固定料道及装配好的机械手即可，更换件设计有钥匙型快换结构孔，便于快速更换工件型号。
本实用新型的有益效果是：比起普通的上下料装置，本实用新型可以实现用一个油缸控制上下料和分料，机械动作少，上下料速度快，稳定性强，极大减少了非加工时间，提高了效率。

 具体实施方式：实施例1、本实用新型是由上料道1、右可调料道2、左可调料道3、上固定料道4、油缸5、连接板6、机械手7、挡块8、分料指9、下固定料道10、面板11、下料道12连接而成，上料道1固定在面板11的一端，右可调料道2、左可调料道3分别固定在面板11的两侧，上固定料道4固定在面板11的中间，油缸5固定在面板11的中间。
实施例2、下料道12固定在面板11的另一端，下固定料道10位于下料道12的上边，并固定在面板11上。
实施例3、连接板6一端与油缸5相连，另一端连接机械手7，连接板6两侧有导轨支承，挡块8固定在机械手7上，分料指9固定在机械手7上。

1.中小型轴承套圈上下料装置，它是由上料道(1）、右可调料道（2）、左可调料道（3）、上固定料道（4）、油缸（5）、连接板（6）、机械手（7）、挡块（8）、分料指（9）、下固定料道（10）、面板（11）、下料道（12）连接而成，其特征是：上料道（1）固定在面板（11）的一端，右可调料道（2）、左可调料道（3）分别固定在面板（11）的两侧，上固定料道（4）固定在面板（11）的中间，油缸（5）固定在面板（11）的中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中小型轴承套圈上下料装置，其特征是：下料道（12）固定在面板（11）的另一端，下固定料道（10）位于下料道（12）的上边，并固定在面板（11）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中小型轴承套圈上下料装置，其特征是：连接板（6）一端与油缸（5）相连，另一端连接机械手（7），连接板（6）两侧有导轨支承，挡块（8）固定在机械手（7）上，分料指（9）固定在机械手（7）上。
