背景技术:
[0002] 现有中小型常压热水锅炉形式多样,但基本构成大同小异,由炉体、炉体夹层水包、炉膛穿心换热管、排烟管、烟气余热水包构成。不足之处在于,排烟管设置于炉体外,散失一定热量,使热效率降低;排烟管折返处缺乏合理设计,使排烟折返不顺,且时有倒烟现象发生,烟气排放不达标不理想。
发明内容:
[0003] 本实用新型之目的,在于提供一种环保、节能、高效热水锅炉,使燃烧充分,排烟顺畅,无倒烟,烟气余热利用充分,粉尘排放达标,环保节能。
[0004] 本实用新型的实施方案是,一种环保、节能、高效热水锅炉,包括炉体1、炉体夹层水包4、炉膛燃烧室2、其上穿火管7和炉膛穿火管水包6、炉膛穿火管水包其上集烟室10、集烟室其上炉顶水包5、炉膛燃烧室之下水管炉箅3、炉箅下落灰室9、炉前壁加煤口 8和出扎口 8'、炉膛穿火管水包其上集烟室10经过烟口 11联通折返式排烟道,还包括排烟道余热水包19、炉体下部加水口及顶部出水口、炉体后侧排烟口 20。特征是,集烟室10经过烟口 11所联通折返式排烟道处于炉膛后部,与炉膛共处炉体内。折返式排烟道包括:第一下行排烟道15经第一折返烟室21折返联通第一上行排烟道16、第一上行排烟道经第二折返烟室13折返联通第二下行排烟道17、第二下行排烟道经第三折返烟室22折返联通第二上行排烟道18、第二上行排烟道接排烟口 20。所述炉体夹层水包4、炉顶水包5、炉膛穿火管水包6、水管炉箅3、排烟道余热水包19彼此相互联通。
[0005] 上述方案进一步优选的是,第一折返烟室21设有第一倾斜折返烟板23、第二折返烟室13设有第二倾斜折返烟板13',第三折返烟室22设有第三倾斜折返烟板23'。

[0008] 本实用新型炉膛穿火管呈竖向束状,处于穿火管水包内,换热率高。二次进风口的设计,使燃烧更充分。烟道与炉膛共处炉体内,无烟道余热散失,提高热效率。多迂回折返烟道处于烟道水包内,烟道余热回收利用充分。折返烟室折返烟板的设置,使排烟顺畅,无倒烟现象。多因素使该炉节能高效、烟尘排放达标环保。

[0012] 于炉体一侧炉壁之下部设有第一二次进风口 24,其内端开口于炉膛燃烧室2。于炉体一侧炉壁之上部设有第二二次进风口 24',其内端开口于集烟室10。炉体下部加水口及顶部出水口(未示)。
