本实用新型属于半导体照明领域,涉及一种采用PPS系列高导热塑料的LED日光灯散热器。 
背景技术
众所周知,LED照明产品具有寿命长的优点,其寿命的长短,散热效果的好坏是关键因素之一,因此现有的LED照明产品的散热器,一般采用铝合金材质,因为铝合金的散热效果好,但是采用铝合金的散热器重量重,绝缘性能差,加工成型过程污染严重。生产效率低,成本较高也是一个不容忽视的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的,就是克服现有的技术不足,提供一种导热,散热好,重量轻,绝缘性能优越,无污染又结构简单易于生产的LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器。 
一种LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器,包括灯座和外壳,采用PPS系列高导热塑料材料,灯座上设有凹槽用来固定LED灯条,外壳为半圆柱空心管状,外壳和灯座为一体。 
在外壳上设有九个镂空的散热孔,散热孔为长方形。在外壳内,设有电源的卡槽,用来固定电源。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本实用新型的LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器,采用PPS系列高导热塑料。直接注塑,一次成型,灯座2和外壳6为一体。外壳6采用薄壁设计,外壳6上设有镂空的九个长方形散热孔7,其导热,散热性能优越。LED灯条固定在凹槽1内,灯罩安装在卡灯罩卡槽3上,灯头用螺钉安装在灯头安装螺孔5上,驱动电源通过电源卡槽4固定在外壳内。

1.一种LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器,包括灯座和外壳,其特征在于,采用PPS系列高导热塑料,灯座上设有凹槽用来固定LED灯条,外壳为半圆柱空心管状,外壳和灯座为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器,其特征在于,在外壳上设有九个镂空的散热孔,散热孔为长方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯高导热塑料散热器,其特征在于,在外壳内,设有电源的卡槽,用来固定电源。
