Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种整体散热式大功率LED日光灯,含有大功率LED光源、灯罩、散热装置、导热板和电源控制电路,电源控制电路与大功率LED焊接在铝基板上,大功率LED安装在铝基板上,灯罩嵌入在散热装置中,两头再嵌入到固定端盖中间。本实用新型的整体散热式大功率LED日光灯可以实现较快的传热散热效果,便于规模化生产,并且绿色环保、使用寿命长,更适合替代传统的日光灯。

本实用新型涉及一种LED日光灯,特别是涉及一种整体散热式大功率LED日光灯。
背景技术
随着LED技术日新月异的发展,LED路灯、投射灯、日光灯等装置向大功率、紧凑化、轻量化发展。由于LED单位体积内所产生的热量增加很快,同时,由于温度过高极易产生光衰问题,并且这种日光灯的LED稳定性较低。公告号为CN101008480的专利文献公开了一种LED日光灯,此LED日光灯只是利用铝基板来散热,而且都封闭在灯罩里,不能和空气形成回流,降低了散热效率,从而缩短了LED的寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型整体散热式大功率LED日光灯旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种含有可以高效率散热的散热装置的大功率LED日光灯。
整体散热式大功率LED日光灯含有LED光源、灯罩、散热装置、导热板、电源控制电路和固定端盖,电源控制电路与LED焊接在铝基板上,灯罩嵌入在散热装置中,散热装置上带有散热鳍片,两端再嵌入到固定端盖中间,其特征在于:所述的LED光源为大功率LED;所述的散热装置是由一体式铝型材挤出成型,并带有卡槽;所述的灯罩采用高透光率的PMMA材料加工,灯罩两边带有与散热装置的卡槽相配合的卡槽。所述的挤出成型的铝型材可以根据规格任意剪截成不同长度以适应设计不同的不同功率大小的LED日光灯。
本实用新型整体散热式大功率LED日光灯工作时,大功率LED产生的热量通过铝基板直接传导给铝型材散热装置,大功率LED产生的热量通过散热装置的散热鳍片辐射到空气中,与空气形成自然对流,降低了大功率LED的工作温度,保证了大功率LED日光灯的寿命。
本实用新型整体散热式大功率LED日光灯的有益效果包括:
1、本实用新型的散热装置的散热部分采用一体式铝挤出型材为热传导器件,它充分利用热传导原理的快速热传递性质,它是利用铝的高导热特性,以较快的传热方式实现传热散热效果。
2、本实用新型的散热装置的散热部分直接裸露在空气中,提高了散热效率。
3、本实用新型的PMMA透明灯罩的卡槽与灯体散热装置所带的与PMMA透明灯罩的卡槽相配合的卡槽采用相嵌连接固定,安装速度快,便于规模生产,有利于提高生产效率。
4、本实用新型的整体式散热大功率LED日光灯采用大功率LED作为光源,比一般的小功率LED寿命长,LED数量大大减少,降低了产品的故障率,属于绿色环保型产品。
5、本实用新型的大功率LED日光灯散热型材是采用铝型材挤出成型,可以根据规格任意剪截成不同长度设计成不同功率大小的LED日光灯,简化了生产工艺,提高了生产效率,大大降低了开发成本和产品成本,更适合替代传统日光灯。

参见附图1,灯体散热部分为挤出铝型材,日光灯体采用一体式铝挤出型材为热传导器件。
参见附图2,本实用新型整体散热式大功率LED日光灯含有整体铝型材散热装置2,PMMA透明灯罩3,大功率LED光源4,固定端盖1或5,大功率LED和驱动电路6和铝基板7,大功率LED和驱动电路6焊接在铝基板7上,铝基板7通过导热硅胶固定在散热灯体上。
参见附图3和4,PMMA透明灯罩3的卡槽与灯体散热装置2所带的与PMMA透明灯罩3的卡槽相配合的卡槽采用相嵌连接固定,两头用固定端盖1或5固定。

1、整体散热式大功率LED日光灯含有LED光源、灯罩、散热装置、导热板、电源控制电路和固定端盖,电源控制电路与LED焊接在铝基板上,灯罩嵌入在散热装置中,散热装置上带有散热鳍片,两端再嵌入到固定端盖中间,其特征在于:所述的LED光源为大功率LED;所述的散热装置是由一体式铝型材挤出成型,并带有卡槽;所述的灯罩采用高透光率的PMMA材料加工,灯罩两边带有与散热装置的卡槽相配合的卡槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的整体散热式大功率LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述的挤出成型的铝型材可以根据规格任意剪截成不同长度。
