本实用新型涉及一种填料装置，尤其是安装、维护、更换都比较简单的模块化填料。 
背景技术
填料在废水处理中以装填方式分:固定式、悬挂式和悬浮式。
目前应用最广泛的是各种悬挂式纤维状填料，这类填料是用尼龙、维纶、腈纶、涤纶等化学纤维编结成束，呈绳状连接，一般是在池中设置固定架，用于固定填料。在实际运行中若要检修、更换填料必须将池中污水排去，下池操作才能完成检修、更换。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装、维护、更换都比较简单的模块化填料。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：模块化填料，其特征是：它包括有框架结构的模块本体，在模块本体的上方和下方设置有支撑横梁，悬挂式纤维状填料缠绕固定在支撑横梁上，模块本体上方的四角处设置有挂钩。
本实用新型的有益效果是：与现有技术相比，该模块化填料便于现场安装施工，在运行过程中不需要下池操作就可完成填料的更换，降低维护成本。

具体实施方式
 如图 1、图2、图3所示：1为模块本体，2为支撑横梁，3为悬挂式纤维状填料，4为挂钩。
 模块本体1外框呈框架结构，在模块本体1的上方和下方设置有支撑横梁2，悬挂式纤维状填料3两端缠绕固定在支撑横梁2上，支撑横梁2的数量和距离可根据悬挂式纤维状填料3类型而定，模块外框外围的尺寸：长、宽、高均可根据实际需要而定，模块本体四角上的挂钩4用于悬挂于池中固定架上。

1.模块化填料，其特征是：多个所述模块化填料在池中拼接组成池中填料，它包括有框架结构的模块本体，在模块本体的上方和下方设置有支撑横梁，悬挂式纤维状填料缠绕固定在支撑横梁上，模块本体上方的四角处设置有挂钩。
